Study On Basic Public Health Service Of Primary Medical And Health Care Institutions In L District

With the development of the economy and the continuous improvement of living standards,the health security needs of Chinese residents are no longer satisfied with medical care for diseases,but have further turned to disease prevention.The basic public health service projects undertake important functions such as residents’ health management,disease prevention,and popularization of health knowledge,covering more than 1.3 billion people in our country.They are of great significance for saving medical resources,health insurance funds and improving residents’ physical fitness.On the basis of summarizing and reviewing domestic and foreign public health related research,this article uses stratified sampling method and three stratified indicators of main business income,total fixed assets,and the number of people with intermediate and above professional titles,to establish a sampling model for primary medical institutions in the L district.Carrying out sampling research,through combing the basic public health service business data,comprehensively showing the current status of basic public health services in L District,focusing on summarizing the basic public health services of L District in residents’ health file management,health education,vaccination,and maternal health management,The health management of the elderly,and the management of patients with severe mental disorders,and analyze the causes of the problems from the aspects of human resources,system specifications,guiding concepts,and guarantee investment.Finally,in order to improve the basic public health in L district,the paper puts forward some measures and suggestions,such as optimizing the structure of human resource,intensifying the construction of standards,expanding the scope of disease prevention,and increasing the investment in basic security.
