With the development of China’s economy and society,the contradiction between supply and demand of medical and health services has become increasingly prominent.However,"seeing a doctor is expensive and difficult" is still a major project in the new era of medical reform.In the process of promoting the implementation of the "healthy China" strategy,the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out the need to establish a high-quality and effective medical and health service system based on improving people’s health level.We will strengthen the grass-roots medical and health service system and the team of general practitioners.The understanding of relevant government departments on project implementation depends more on the data reported by grass-roots organizations according to the statistics of the health department,or the president’s evaluation of the performance of subordinate departments.The object of the project service is the majority of the population,so we should pay more attention to the evaluation of the implementation of the project,and effectively understand the diversified needs of the people for basic public health services through the satisfaction of the people.Paying attention to service satisfaction is also an effective way to improve the quality of basic public health services.At the same time,satisfaction evaluation is also used as a test standard to measure the implementation effect of basic public health projects and policies.Based on the above background,this paper takes L City in Hubei Province as a case study.Firstly,this paper reviews the development and existing problems of public health services in China,and introduces the hierarchical management,classified management and equalization model respectively.Then it analyzes the current situation of basic public health services in L City.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method is used to make an empirical analysis on the satisfaction of basic public health services in L City.Questionnaires are issued to residents and staff respectively.The data of the questionnaire are processed to analyze the qualitative characteristics of the sample,the satisfaction rate at all levels and the factors affecting the necessity of the satisfaction rate.After in-depth analysis of the causes of low satisfaction,the corresponding treatment and preventive measures are clearly put forward.
