New Citizens’ Satisfaction Evaluation Of Basic Public Health Services:Taking A Sample Survey In Nanhai District,Foshan City As An Example

With the advancement of urbanization,the scale and growth rate of domestic immigrants mainly new citizens are beyond imagination.At the end of the 13th Five Year Plan period,about 100 million rural migrants and other permanent residents will settle down in cities and towns.The core problem during this period is how to integrate the large-scale floating population into cities,realize citizenization,and equally enjoy public services,that is,how to integrate new citizens into cities.The theories involved in this study include holistic governance theory,social integration theory,new public management theory,rational choice theory and so on,which will consolidate the theoretical basis for the subsequent empirical analysis.In this study,through questionnaire and random sampling,Nanhai District of Foshan City as a specific research object,the satisfaction of newly entered citizens as the starting point of the survey,the basic public health services in this area are investigated and analyzed.The attitude of newly integrated citizens to basic public health services in Nanhai District is analyzed by scientific and rigorous method.On this basis,through the literature review,summarizes the various measures and experiences that have been successfully implemented at home and abroad to promote the integration of new citizens into urban life and basic public health services,More sound laws and regulations have been formulated to ensure that new citizens have access to basic public health services in accordance with the law,innovative mechanisms to provide citizens with more diversified basic public health services,encourage more social organizations to actively participate in grass-roots governance activities,strengthen publicity efforts to strengthen the awareness of new citizens to promote their faster integration into basic public health services.Based on the investigation and analysis of the satisfaction of new citizens’integration into grassroots services in Nanhai District of Foshan City,This thesis evaluates the satisfaction level of grassroots services,and puts forward corresponding further policy measures and suggestions,so as to gradually realize the equalization of public services and promote the harmonious development of Nanhai.At the same time,it also provides reference for other cities.
