| Purpose:The therapeutic effect of Qiju Dihuang Decoction Combined with laser photocoagulation was observed and compared with that of pure laser.The relationship between the therapeutic mechanism and cx3cl1 level was discussed,which provided the basis for the feasibility of DR treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.Method:60 patients with DR of liver and kidney yin deficiency in ophthalmology outpatient and inpatient department of people’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases in each group).The control group was given laser treatment,once every 7 days,a total of 4times.The treatment group was given Qiju Dihuang Decoction on the basis of laser treatment,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The changes of BCVA,fundus photography,FFA,CMT,serum CX3CL1 levels and TCM clinical symptom scores of the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment for 4 weeks(28th day).The results of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed by spss25.0 software.Result:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,gender distribution,DR stage,BCVA,CMT,CX3CL1 level and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups: after treatment,BCVA of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with the control group,BCVA of the treatment group was improved more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,fundus hemorrhage,exudation and the number of microangioma of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)The curative effect was more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the number of new blood vessels and the area of no perfusion area in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the curative effect in the treatment group was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the CMT value in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the CX3CL1 levels of the two groups were compared: the serum CX3CL1 levels of the two groups were decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the decline of the treatment group was greater,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were compared: after treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was more significant,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of total efficacy: the total efficacy of the two groups were 90.5% and72.7% respectively,and the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.As a common treatment method in clinical,laser photocoagulation can help patients improve their vision,improve microvascular tumor,bleeding and exudation,reduce macular edema,and reduce the formation of non perfusion area and neovascularization.2.Modified Qiju Dihuang Decoction Combined with laser therapy can better improve the clinical symptoms of DR patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency and reduce the serum CX3CL1 level.Early dialectical application of modified Qiju Dihuang Decoction can help improve the clinical comprehensive efficacy of DR patients. |
