| This paper takes China News Network as the research object,through combing the basic situation of medical reports,further analyzes the contents of medical reports with the help of discourse.How to shape the media image of doctors is a very important issue,which is not only related to the overall image.China News Network ranks among the three major professional news networks in China,with the characteristics of authority,professionalism and authenticity.Through the analysis of the media image report of Chinese news network,we can find out how the government,society and media jointly shape the image of doctors.In this paper,711 Chinese news network medical reports from 2010 to 2020 were selected to analyze the source,quantity and tendency of Chinese news network medical reports.In news sources,more than 70% of medical reports come from other media.From the number of reports,the number of reports decreased between 2010 and 2012,increased sharply in 2013 and peaked in 2020.In terms of reporting tendencies,before2016,negative tendencies were higher,positive than negative images after 2017,and rising rapidly.Secondly,using Van Dijk’s news discourse theory to analyze the construction of doctor’s media image by China News Network from 2010 to 2020.From the macro structure point of view,it is found that the topics of medical reports are diverse and the reporting time is regular.Through the analysis of the graphic category of news discourse,it is found that the title introduction is mainly general,the main events and news background support plot,oral reaction and evaluation summary report theme.This paper analyzes the title and wording style of the medical report from the angle of micro semantics,analyzes the high frequency words of the sample,summarizes the vocabulary,and discusses the construction of the doctor’s media image in the Chinese news network from the angle of text.Through the analysis,it is found that the image of doctor media is constructed from three angles.In the positive image,the construction of life-saving,self-dedication of the"retrograde" and superb medical skills,dedicated to scientific research "defenders ".In the negative image to shape the illegal profit,ignore the patient’s "kickback doctor"image.In the aspect of neutral image,the "aggrieved party" in the dilemma of survival and the "masochist" in the conflict between doctors and patients are created ".With the help of Feuerkraut’s theory of discourse and social practice,this paper summarizes the discourse construction of doctor’s media image in China News Network.Under the influence of social structure,news tends to report the positive image of doctors.Under the balance of social rights and state power,medical reports tend to suggest news.According to the relationship between Foucault’s discourse theory and power,it is found that under the game of power between doctors,hospitals,drug dealers and patients,the media presents a delicate balance in reporting medical news.In addition,China News Network cited experts or government officials and other intellectual elite discourse as its source to promote the expression of authoritative discourse.Finally,reflect on the problems existing in the construction of doctor’s media image in China News Network.In the positive report,there is excessive sensationalism and deification of the image of doctors,which can easily lead to the emotional opposition of officials and people in the network.There are sensitive topics in negative reports,using the image of doctors to attract clicks.In policy reports,there are problems of stiff language,single framework and lack of depth. |
