| Medical informatization is one of the important strategies of the country in recent years.In reality,medical informatization has encountered difficulties.The most critical issue is that the privacy and security of medical information systems.Blockchain technology is currently a more credible,transparent,and decentralized technology.The use of blockchain technology to build medical information systems is a research hotspot in the field of medical information.Such systems will be used in medical research,medical bills,drug traceability etc.The use of blockchain technology can effectively solve the problems faced by medical informatization and realize the bright prospect of medical sharing.The use of blockchain technology to build a medical information system has many benefits,but the current promotion of such systems in medical institutions is hindered.Mainly because relevant medical institutions still have many worries when adopting medical information systems built using blockchain technology.One of the important reasons is that the degree of risk in using such systems is unknown,and there is no reasonable risk indicator evaluation system can provide evaluation angles and standards.This paper uses the questionnaire survey method and the literature analysis method to initially screen out the more important risk factors,and then builds a risk indicator system based on the expert consultation method and the literature analysis method,which mainly includes 5 main indicators such as the blockchain architecture,system risks,environment,organizational manpower and data cycle and 16 secondary indicators.This risk assessment index system provides a standard and reference system for evaluating the risk assessment of medical information systems constructed using blockchain technology.Then,this paper uses the hesitating fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the hesitating fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution to calculate the weight of risk indicators and sort the alternatives,which provides a way to evaluate the risks and quantitative calculations of such medical information systems built with blockchain technology.The case study carried out in this article proves that the risk assessment model proposed in this article is effective for the risk assessment of medical information systems based on blockchain technology.And can provide a ranking of the degree of risk when applying such systems.The evaluation results can provide suggestions on medical systematic risk prevention and control. |
