| In recent years, due to the unbalanced distribution of medical resources and the increasingly diversified medical demands, the imbalance between the supply and demand of medical resources has become increasingly obvious. This article aims to study the impact of family doctor contract service policy on government satisfaction and its reasons, and expand the focus of policy evaluation from social welfare and economic effects to political effects;and based on the research results, think about how to improve the design of the system and policy performance evaluation methods,in order to improve the actual utility of residents and government satisfaction. Therefore, this article will firmly grasp the two important variables of "family doctor contract service policy" and "government satisfaction",and adopt the literature research method, qualitative research method and quantitative research method: on the basis of reviewing relevant Chinese and foreign literature, article establishes a theoretical framework of "the impact of family doctor contract service on government satisfaction";then, using the quasi-natural experimental environment of the “2016policy pilot”,the double-difference model is used to measure the net impact of this policy on government satisfaction;and the econometric model is improved to test three influence paths of quantity, quality, and feedback mechanism to discover the advantages and disadvantages of the policy implementation process, and then think about how to improve the design of the system by maximizing the strengths and avoiding weaknesses and improve the public’s evaluation of the government.Taking a specific public policy as an example, this paper constructs the theoretical context of "public service provision-public perception-formation of satisfaction evaluation",and overcome sample endogeneity and reverse causality, and accurately measure the political effects of family doctor contract service policy. Then paper examines the path of influence from three dimensions,so as to put forward suggestions for policy optimization and service improvement, which makes certain innovations in research topic, research theory and research design. |
