| Objective: To measure the navicular-related parameters of the foot by X-ray and CT,compare and analyze the differences between adult patients with Kashin-Beck disease and normal adult navicular,and preliminarily clarify the relevant parameters of the navicular of Kaschin-Beck disease in X-ray and CT images The changing characteristics of the study provide a certain auxiliary basis for the diagnosis and treatment of Kashin-Beck disease and the judgment of the severity of the disease.Methods: Selected KBD and normal human ankle joint X-ray and CT imaging data obtained during the survey in the Kashin-Beck Disease epidemic area(Qingyang City,Gansu Province)from November 2018 to December 2019,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,35 cases of adult KBD patients(including 69 cases of ankle joint CT,69 cases of X-ray),29 cases of normal adults(58 cases of ankle joint CT,58 cases of X-ray)were selected.KBD patients were selected according to the Chinese WS/T KBD diagnostic criteria(WS/T 207-2010)for indexing.Measurements of navicular diameter,anteroposterior diameter,navicular height,medial longitudinal arch height,medial longitudinal arch length,and medial longitudinal arch angle on X-rays under non-weight bearing position;use Mimics software to perform CT scan of the navicular bone three-dimensional reconstruction,and measure the left and right diameter,upper and lower diameter,anteroposterior diameter,volume and surface area of the navicular bone.Results:(1)Normal adult navicular parameters:(1)Side comparison: navicular diameter,anteroposterior diameter,navicular height,medial longitudinal arch height,medial longitudinal arch length,medial longitudinal arch angle,volume and surface area There was no significant statistical significance in side comparison(P>0.05);(2)Gender comparison: male navicular diameter,anteroposterior diameter,navicular height,medial longitudinal arch height,medial longitudinal arch length,volume and surface area All were significantly larger than women(P<0.05).(2)Adult KBD navicular parameters:(1)Side comparison: KBD navicular diameter,anteroposterior diameter,navicular height,medial longitudinal arch height,medial longitudinal arch length/medial longitudinal arch angle,volume and surface area There was no significant statistical significance in the side comparison(P>0.05);(2)Gender comparison: the upper and lower diameter,anteroposterior diameter,volume and surface area of the navicular bone of male were significantly larger than those of female(P<0.05),and the left and right diameter of the navicular bone of male,Navicular height,medial longitudinal arch height,medial longitudinal arch length and medial longitudinal arch angle were not statistically significant compared with women(P>0.05);(3)Comparison between groups: Compared with KBD I,II degree and The upper and lower diameter of the navicular of the third degree and the longitudinal arch angle of the medial foot were significantly increased(P<0.05),the anteroposterior diameter,the height of the navicular and the height of the medial longitudinal arch were all significantly reduced(P<0.05),the left and right diameters of the navicular There were no statistically significant differences in,volume and surface area(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of adult KBD and normal adult navicular parameters:(1)Compared with normal adults,KBD navicular diameter,medial longitudinal arch angle and surface area were significantly increased(P<0.05);KBD navicular anteroposterior diameter The height of the navicular bone,the height of the medial longitudinal arch and the length of the medial longitudinal arch were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The left and right diameters and volumes were not statistically significant(P>0.05);(2)Compared with normal adults in different scales of KBD:Compared with normal adults,the upper and lower diameters and surface areas of the navicular of KBD I,II and III were significantly increased.Large(P<0.05),the anteroposterior diameter,the height of the medial longitudinal arch and the length of the medial longitudinal arch were significantly reduced(P<0.05);the left and right diameters and volumes were not statistically significant(P>0.05);compared with normal adults In comparison,the longitudinal arch angle of the medial foot of KBD II degree and III degree were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the height of the navicular bone was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion: In this study,the measurement and analysis of KBD navicular X-ray and CT related parameter data found that:(1)The upper and lower diameter,surface area and medial longitudinal arch angle of the KBD navicular were larger than those of normal people.The anteroposterior diameter and navicular The height and length of the medial longitudinal arch of the foot and the length of the medial longitudinal arch were reduced compared with normal people;(2)With the progression of the severity of the disease,the upper and lower diameter of the KBD navicular bone and the medial longitudinal arch angle showed a certain increasing trend,and the anterior and posterior diameter,the height of the medial longitudinal arch and the height of the navicular bone showed a certain decreasing trend.This provides a certain auxiliary basis for the diagnosis of KBD,the judgment of its severity,and the evaluation of its prevention and treatment effects. |
