In recent years,the state has issued all kinds of relevant support policies,and governments at all levels have also issued local policies and regulations to resist the impact of aging on society.With the promulgation of "several opinions of the State Council on accelerating the development of pension service industry" and other documents,"combination of medical care and pension" as an innovative pension service mode has been widely concerned and respected by the society.At the same time,in the face of increasingly urgent and diverse pension needs,the institutional pension model in line with the international development trend and national policy guidance is the inevitable choice for future families.Because of its market-oriented characteristics,private pension institutions pay more attention to meet the needs of consumers.However,compared with public pension institutions,there are still some problems,which restrict the development of private pension institutions.Therefore,it is necessary to study private pension institutions.In this thesis,Yichun private pension machine as the research object,first of all,the background and significance of this study are described,sorting out and analyzing the current domestic and foreign research results on the combination of medical and nursing,pension institutions,the research content and research methods are described;Secondly,it defines the concepts of the combination of medical care and pension,private pension institutions and sustainable development related to this study,and briefly summarizes the theory of welfare pluralism and health management theory,so as to lay the foundation for the following;Then it briefly describes the general situation of private pension institutions in Yichun City,summarizes the service characteristics of private pension institutions under the mode of combination of medical care and pension,and analyzes the development status of private pension institutions under the mode of combination of medical care and pension from three aspects of service items,service supply status and operation status of pension institutions;The fourth part is based on the above analysis,puts forward the problems existing in the sustainable development of private pension institutions in Yichun City,elaborates from the service supply level of medical care and the operation level of pension institutions,and then draws on the development experience of excellent cases in China;Finally,according to the problems and domestic experience,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of pension institutions in Yichun city.Through this research and development,the service characteristics of private pension institutions under the current mode of combination of medical and nursing services are diversified participants,integration of medical and nursing services,and refinement of medical and nursing services.Through the analysis of the current situation,it is found that the main problems in the supply of medical and nursing services are insufficient infrastructure construction,low occupancy rate of private institutions,flat professional standards of employees,and single combination of medical and nursing services,At the pension institution level,the main problems are high operational risk and lack of internal management ability.In order to promote the sustainable development of private pension institutions in Yichun City,we can improve the infrastructure construction of pension institutions,guide the change of pension concept of the elderly and their children,strengthen the construction of pension service team,and improve the service level of medical pension,We can improve and implement the corresponding support policies,enhance the internal management ability of the institutions to strengthen the operation of the pension institutions.
