Service Quality Of Guiyang Citizen-run Pension Or Ganizations Under The Mode Of Combination Of Medical Care Comprehensive Evaluation Research

With the deepening of my country’s aging,the impact of the "silver hair" wave,the medical needs of the elderly and the quality of old age have gradually become one of the key areas of concern in social development today.Encouraged and supported by national policies,private pension institutions have developed rapidly.As one of the main providers of pension welfare services,they have become a key force in solving the problem of old-age pension.The quality of services provided by private pension institutions in combination with medical and nursing care is closely related to the sense of well-being of the elderly,and is a core element that affects the long-term sustainable development of their elderly health in the future.Therefore,it is an important issue to be evaluated to evaluate the service quality of the medical and nursing integration of private pension institutions and promote their long-term stable development.This paper takes demand level theory,welfare pluralism theory and health aging theory as the theoretical footholds of the research,and builds 25 specific dimensions from five dimensions of basic health services,hardware facilities and environment,medical rehabilitation services,spiritual and cultural services and service personnel.Evaluation indicators,field surveys issued a total of205 questionnaires,through the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of two methods,and the use of SPSS21.0 software for data analysis and processing,to obtain the average value of each evaluation index,so as to get Guiyang City combined medical and nursing private Comprehensive evaluation results of service quality of pension institutions.The results of the study show that the overall evaluation of the service quality of the private pension institutions in Guiyang City is 3.563,which is between "general" and "satisfactory",indicating that there is still a lot of room for improvement in the service quality of the private pension institutions in Guiyang..The indicators of the elderly who underestimate the quality of their services include personalized and diversified meals,medical rehabilitation facilities,public leisure and entertainment facilities,monthly cultural and recreational activities,graded diagnosisand treatment,mental comfort,and the professional knowledge and skills of service personnel and the provision of Personalized services,etc.,these are the focus of Guiyang City’s medical and nursing integration of private pension institutions in the future to improve the quality of institutional pension services.Combining empirical analysis results,from improving the supervision mechanism of the management function department,attaching importance to the dietary needs of middle-aged and elderly people in private pension institutions,promoting the integration of medical and nursing resources,improving the medical and nursing service system,paying attention to spiritual comfort,and carrying out cultural and recreational activities in various forms.Strengthen the construction of professional talent team,establish a stable talent echelon and give suggestions for service quality improvement in several aspects.
