A Study On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of The Mode Of Combining Medical Care With Old-age Care In China

With the improvement of medical treatment level,the life span of the population is prolonged,the mortality rate is reduced,and the number of the aged population in our country is increasing gradually.By the early twenty-one the century,10 percent of the population was over the age of 60,marking the country’s entry into the population ageing.By the end of 2019,there were 176.03 million Chinese aged 65 and over,accounting for sixteen per cent of the total population,according to the National Bureau of Statistics of the People’s Republic of China,in the future,how to maintain the health of the elderly and actively explore the new mode of old-age care put forward new challenges.The mode of providing for the aged in our country is home-based,community-based and institution-based,which pays more attention to the life of the aged,but neglects the problems of medical treatment.On the basis of previous studies,this paper focuses on the mode of combining medical treatment with old-age pension—Combination of medical treatment and old-age pension,through questionnaire survey and case interviews with doctors,nursing staff,target group receiving care and other relevant staff of the old-age institutions,sanatoriums and community old-age service centers in Yichang City,Hubei Province,learn more about the Yichang healthcare model in terms of service content,target groups and access to funding.Then from a macro perspective,the paper discusses the dilemma of the "medical care combined" pension model in China,and analyzes the successful cases of the "medical care combined" pension model at home and abroad,this paper studies and discusses how to solve the dilemma of the mode of "medical care combined with endowment" in China.This paper is divided into seven parts.In the first part,the background and significance of this study are summarized,and the status quo of the research on the "combination of medical care and old-age care" is summarized,the innovation point and the deficiency of this article are expounded.The second part introduces the core concept and basis,first of all,the combination of health care,population ageing,active aging and other concepts defined.Then it introduces the theory of quasi-public goods,the theory of demand levels,the theory of welfare diversification,the theory of capability poverty and other related theories from the essence of the "combination of medical care and endowment" model,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the study,making the whole study more theoretical,professional.The third part introduced our country "the Medical Support Union" the old-age support pattern development present situation analysis.The fourth part introduces the dilemma of "medical care combined with endowment" in China.The fifth part is a case study on the "combination of medical care and nursing care" for the aged.This paper mainly selects the Yiling District community welfare home in Yichang City of Hubei Province as a case,this paper studies the related background,work effect and the problems and countermeasures of the mode of "medical care combined" in the community welfare home of Yiling District district,Yichang City,Hubei Province.The sixth part studies the successful cases and enlightenments of the mode of "combination of medical care and pension" at home and abroad.The seventh part is to our country "the Medical Support Union" the old-age support pattern countermeasure analysis.The last part is a summary.This part summarizes the contents of the previous discussion and puts forward reasonable expectation.
