Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Aged Care Service In Institutions Combining Medical Care And Health Care

At present,the degree of aging is deepening,the risk of diseases of the elderly is increasing,and the function of family care for the elderly is gradually weakening.Institutional care is gradually becoming an important choice for the elderly.At the same time,living standards are improving,and the concept of health care is gradually strengthening.The needs of the elderly are not simple life care,but have higher-level needs in preventive health care,rehabilitation care,mental health,etc.This puts forward new requirements for institutional elderly care services.In November 2019,the concept of "combination of medical care and health care" was first proposed in a document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China."Combination of medical care and health care" emphasizes paying attention to the whole life cycle of all elderly people and the whole process of health.It provides the elderly with personalized life care,comprehensive medical care and continuous mental health services.At the same time,it satisfies the diversified and diversified needs of the elderly.Across the country,Anhui Province has a relatively high degree of aging.It is very urgent for Anhui Province to develop institutional elderly care services and to solve the problem of healthy elderly care for the elderly.Therefore,this article takes Anhui Province as an example.This article discusses how the institutional elderly care services in Anhui Province can develop better,guided by the policy of "combination of medical care and health care".Through policy review,on-site interviews,data analysis and other methods,we can know the development of institutional elderly care services and the demand for elderly care services in Anhui Province.Then,we analyze the problems and causes of the institutional elderly care services that combine medical care and health care.Finally,this article proposes reasonable countermeasures.The study found that there are still problems in the elderly care services of institutions that combine medical care and health care in Anhui Province,such as imbalances in supply and demand,lack of service resources,difficulties in institutional operations,and low service levels.Further analysis of the reasons for these problems is due to the imperfect legal system,imperfect market introduction mechanism,insufficient integration of social resources,and large deviations in cognition of elderly care.In response to the above problems and reasons,this article draws on the theory of welfare pluralism.In order to realize the "combination of medical care and health care" institutional care services,the government,institutions,society,and families should participate together.In detail: the government must build a legal system,increase financial support,improve the market introduction mechanism,and train professional talents.Elderly care institutions must clarify their own service positioning,meet the diverse needs of the elderly,and improve the level of institutional services.The society must change the understanding of the elderly,establish a healthy awareness of the elderly,give full play to the capabilities of voluntary organizations,and solve the problem of insufficient caregivers;in the family,children must care about and communicate with the elderly.The elderly themselves must also cultivate the awareness of healthy and elderly care and establish the concept of medical care and health care.
