Study On The Contracted Service Of Family Doctors In Jingan Town,Changli County

With the aging of the population and the increasing trend of chronic diseases in China,the medical and health undertakings are facing major challenges.Weak rural grassroots medical especially rural health resources,most of the rural residents lack of strong concept of disease prevention,in common,frequent and chronic diseases,such as rural residents to see more focus to the big hospital,it not only increases the rural residents medical treatment cost,also easy to cause because of sickness poor,Chinese due to illness.For the improvement of the rural family doctor signing service,improvement of the rural grassroots medical institutions and the connection between the villagers,improve the rural grassroots medical service ability,strengthen poverty crucial achievement,improve the quality of life in patients with chronic diseases,improve the rural residents to modern health concept,the realization of the first diagnosis and grading diagnosis and treatment for the rural grass-roots lay a good foundation.Under the current situation,it has become an important issue to accelerate and promote the rapid development of contracted services for rural family doctors.With the development of the19 th CPC National Congress,the rural grass-roots medical and health work is facing higher standards and requirements.This study to our caravan left changli county Jing An town(hereinafter referred to as the "town" Jing An)signing the family doctor service as the study object,on the relevant literature and policy documents collection,research,and combing,on the basis of literature analysis,field survey method and interview method to Jing An town family doctor service contract conditions are studied,through in-depth field investigation and the interview survey,Of Jing An town population density,the distribution of village clinics,traffic conditions,the condition of clinic equipment,health care resources,etc,are further understanding,at the same time carry out from the organization,implementation methods,funds safeguard,the inspection way,health management service effectiveness study of signing Jing An town family doctor service status,In addition,rural residents with primary medical care providers and health needs in villages and towns were selected as the interview objects.Combined with the experience of the most direct participants,suggestions were made to guide the optimization of family doctors’ contract service in Jing ’an Town.Through the field investigation and interview investigation on the contract service of family doctors in Jing ’an Town,the existing problems are analyzed.First,the contract service of family doctors in Jing ’an Town has problems such as low cooperation degree of villagers,single service content,unsmooth two-way referral,and light service effect,etc.Secondly,the causes of the problems were analyzed from the aspects of publicity,human resources of primary medical care,regional coordination mechanism,supervision and assessment,and incentive mechanism.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the practical problems and the reasons of the Jing An town,signing targeted put forward in accordance with local family doctor service productivity effective strategies,namely,improve the rural grassroots medical financial security mechanism,increase the propaganda to improve cooperation degree,speed up the primary care team construction,improve the regional collaborative service mechanism,perfecting the evaluation incentive mechanism,Through this study,it is helpful to guide the development of local family doctor contract services,and provide reference for the development of family doctor contract services in other rural areas in China.
