With the continuous development of our society,great changes have taken place in the health industry,but the long-standing problems of the system and mechanism are gradually exposed.Promoting the new medical and health system reform is also one of the key tasks in recent years.President Xi Jinping has put forward the strategy of "implementing healthy China",which shows our country’s determination to deepen the reform of medical and health system.In this context,how to establish an effective performance management system is the key problem that public hospitals should focus on.This paper studies the current performance management of A public hospital,through a lot of research and analysis,objectively evaluates the problems of A hospital’s existing performance management system,and believes that performance management is common in my country’s public hospitals represented by A hospitals.The system level does not reflect the spirit and requirements of the new medical reform,the formulation of performance evaluation indicators is vague,the performance evaluation process is unscientific,and the incentive effect is insufficient.Then,a detailed analysis of the causes was carried out,through a large number of literature searches,expert opinion induction and other methods,many optimization suggestions were put forward for the performance management system of A hospital under the new form of medical reform.At the same time,this article is studying the optimization of the performance evaluation system of A public hospital In the process,according to the current wave of reforms in the context of the new medical reform,a variety of performance management theories are used,and performance management experience in corporate management is used for reference,and a composite indicator model is adopted,especially based on the MBO,KPI performance appraisal method and 360-degree performance appraisal The French employee performance management appraisal model makes timely adjustments to the general staff’s performance appraisal plan to form research conclusions with very practical value.
