In the Internet age,the network has played an important role in people’s lives, and it is also the main way for netizens to obtain information, which has brought great impact to the traditional library’s mode of obtaining information.Internet brings convenience, timeliness, various forms and rich contents of health information to netizens, but it also brings the contradiction between information resources surplus and information demand behavior mismatch under the current Internet environment. For example, when the COVID-19 epidemic broke out in 2020,netizens voiced their opinions on the epidemic through the Internet, and even many people deliberately slandered and discredited the domestic anti-epidemic struggle. These behaviors not only discredit the country, but also increase the risk of infection. The essence of these phenomena is that netizens lack the ability to judge the authenticity of health information and search for health information. It is urgent to improve the health information searching ability and information judging ability of network users, cultivate the health awareness of netizens, improve the internet information environment and improve the network information service system.By combining basic theory, related literature and semi-structured interviews, this paper summarizes the influencing factors of users’ health information behavior under health risks and makes model assumptions. In this paper,456 sample data were obtained by questionnaire, and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model fitting were carried out by SPSS25.0 and AMOS21.0 software to explore the relationship between endogenous latent variables: source selection, health risk perception, behavioral intention, users’ online health information search behavior and exogenous latent variables: users’ health information literacy and search situation. As personal characteristic variables are classified variables, the author explores the relationship between personal characteristic variables and information behavior through descriptive statistical analysis and Chi-square test.It is found that most Internet users have a certain awareness of health risks, but Internet users do not pay attention to the role of health information, ignoring the possible harm caused by bad living habits and lack of physical exercise. There are great gender differences among users, and female users need more information about diet and weight loss than male users. At the educational level, college degree or above means that users have higher health information literacy. These users have better awareness of health risks and healthier physical conditions, and can use better information sources(databases)around them to meet their own information needs. In terms of user areas, users in East China and Central China, with the advantage of cities, popularized health information education when they were young, and developed good health awareness and better health habits from an early age. Finally, users with better economic conditions can obtain higher quality, authoritative and professional health information and services on the Internet, while users with poorer economic conditions have certain economic difficulties in paying channels. Finally, health risk perception, source selection, behavioral intention, search situation and user health information literacy have significant positive effects on user information search behavior;Users’ health information literacy and source selection have a significant positive impact on health risk cognition;Health risk cognition has a significant positive impact on behavioral intention.Search context has a significant positive impact on source selection.
