Objective: To investigate the expression of miR-155 in renal tissue of patients with HBV-GN and its relationship with α 3、 β 1 integrin and clinical indicators.Methods: 30 patients with HBV-GN diagnosed in the Department of Nephrology of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from 2013 to 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients with renal cancer and renal trauma who underwent nephrectomy in the same period of urology department(renal tissue samples from the distal margin of tumor resection)were selected as the control group.The expression of miR-155 was detected by fish and pathological image analysis;the expression of α 3 and β 1 integrin was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results: 1.The expression of miR-155 in renal tissue of HBV-GN patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(t’=13.441,P < 0.05);2.The expression of α 3 integrin in renal tissue of HBV-GN patients was significantly decreased(t=-8.833,P<0.05);3.The expression of β 1 integrin in renal tissue of HBV-GN patients was significantly decreased(t=-5.19,P<0.05);4 The expression of miR-155 was negatively correlated with A3 integrin and β 1 integrin(r1=-.908,P<0.01;r2=-.503,P<0.01);5.The expression of miR-155 in HBV-GN renal tissue was positively correlated with 24-hour urine protein(r=0.363,P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The expression of miR-155 in renal tissue of patients with HBV-GN is significantly increased;2.The expression of miR-155 in renal tissue of patients with HBV-GN is significantly negatively correlated with α 3 integrin and β 1 integrin;it is significantly positively correlated with 24 h urinary protein;3.The results of this study suggest that miR-155 may participate in the occurrence and development of HBV-GN,providing a new potential therapeutic target for the treatment of HBV-GN.
