The Clinical Observation Of Yi Shen Jian Qi Hua Yu Decoction Combined With Losartan Potassium Tablet On The Treatment Of G1A2 Stage DKD With Spleen Kidney Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objectives To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Jianpi Huayu Decoction Combined with losartan potassium tablets on G1A2 diabetic kidney disease(DKD)with spleen kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,so as to provide it a safe and effective theropy.Methods The 70 patients of early diabetic nephropathy with spleen kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment group(35 cases)and simple western medicine treatment group(35 cases).On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with losartan potassium tablets,and the trial group was treated with Yishen Jianpi Huayu Decoction on the basis of the control group,with 12 weeks as a course of treatment.The changes of TCM syndrome score,Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),Postprandial 2h blood glucose(P2HBG),Glycated hemoglobin(Hb Alc),Total cholestero(TC),Triglyceride(TG),High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),Low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),Urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio(UACR),and inflammatory factors Tumour necrosis factor α(TNF-α),Interleukin 6(IL-6)and High sensitivity C reactive protein(Hs-CRP)were recorded before and after treatment.The data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 statistical software,P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results 1 After statistical analysis,the baseline data of gender,age,course of disease,blood pressure and TCM syndrome score,FPG,P2 HBG,Hb Alc,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,UACR and inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6,Hs-CRP of the two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2 After treatment,the total effective rate of the trial group was 91.18%,and that of the control group was 67.65%,the total effective rate of the trial group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compare with before the treatment,TCM syndrome score of the two groups was significantly reduced(P < 0.05).The effect of the trial group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3 Two laboratory indicators: after treatment,FPG,P2 HBG,Hb Alc water levels of the two groups were significantly lower than before(P <0.05),and the trial group decreased more significantly(P < 0.05);TC,TG,LDL-C levels were significantly lower than before;HDL-C levels were higher than before(P < 0.05);TC,TG trial group decreased more significantly(P < 0.05);compared with the control group,the difference of HDL-C,LDL-C of the trial group was not significant(P > 0.05);UACR,TNF-α,IL-6 and Hs-CRP were significantly lower than before(P < 0.05),and the decrease in the trial group was more significant(P < 0.05).4 Safety: during the course of treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups,and the basic vital signs,blood,urine,feces routine,liver and kidney function and ECG were normal.Conclusions For the G1A2 diabetic nephropathy patients with spleen kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis,Yishen Jianpi Huayu Decoction Combined with losartan potassium tablets can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve TCM symptoms and signs,reduce blood glucose and blood lipid levels,regulate glucose and lipid metabolism disorder,reduce inflammatory indexes,improve inflammatory state,reduce urinary protein excretion,delay the development of diabetic nephropathy,and has good safety Good,no obvious side effects and adverse reactions.Figure0;Table15;Reference 122...
