To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Jianpi Yishen Huayu Zhitong Recipe In The Treatment Of Patients With Spleen-kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis-type Painful Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective Through clinical observation,evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Yishen Huayu Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy of spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods The seventy-two patients with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy that meet the criteria were taken as observation objects.Randomly divided into two groups with 36 patients in each group.The experimental group and the control group were given different medications on the basis of hypoglycemic therapy.The two groups were given different medications and observed for 90 days.The experimental group was given Jianpi Yishen Huayu Zhitong Recipe,and the control group was given lipoic acid capsules.Establish case observation table and record the inspection results before and after experiment.Record and observe the patient’s nerve conduction velocity,current sensory threshold,Toronto clinical score,pain visual analog score,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and TCM syndrome improvement before and after treatment.Results After statistical analysis,the general information such as gender and age of the test group and the control group were not different before treatment and were comparable.Comparison of efficacy indicators:(1)Nerve conduction velocity:after treatment,the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group was the same.Both can increase the conduction response speed of the median nerve and sural nerve,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)Current sensory threshold:after treatment,a comparison between the test group and the control group shows that the sensory nerves of the median and superficial peroneal nerves in the two groups are better than before treatment,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Pain visual analog scale,toronto clinical scoring system:before and after treatment,the test group and the control group were compared,and it was found that the scores of the two groups were not significantly different,and they were comparable.Comparing within the group after treatment,the pain and peripheral nervous system symptoms of the experimental group and the control group were all alleviated,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.(4)Fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin:after treatment,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin of the test group were significantly lower than before treatment,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.After treatment,the control group did not decrease fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin(P>0.05),which was not statistically significant.Explains that the test group is better than the control group in reducing blood sugar.(5)Efficacy of TCM Syndrome:after treatment,compared with the control group,the experimental group was more effective in improving clinical symptoms and signs(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 88.23%,while that in the control group was 55.56% in the same period.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of improving syndromes,Jianpi Yishen Huayu Zhitong Decoction is better than the lipoic acid group.(6)Safety indicators: electrocardiogram,blood routine,liver and kidney function tests were all normal.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 8.33%.The general vital signs,electrocardiogram,blood routine,liver function,and renal function of the two groups before and after treatment were clinically significant abnormal results.Conclusion Jianpi Yishen Huayu Zhitong Recipe can effectively treat painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy of spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Jianpi Yishen Huayu Recipe can not only increase motor nerve conduction speed,improve sensory nerve sensitivity,relieve subjective pain symptoms,but also lower blood sugar,effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and is safe and effective.It shows that Jianpi Yishen Huayu Zhitong Recipe is safe and effective in treating painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy of spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and can be used in a wide range of applications.
