| ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yishen Jianpi Tongluo Decoction in treating chronic glomerulonephritis with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis.Analyze the tutor’s syndrome differentiation and medication experience to improve the clinical efficacy and the safety and of medication.MethodUsing a single-center,open,randomized,controlled trial method, the required sample size is 62 cases through sample size estimation. The research objects were from Fuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, selecting sixty-two patients who met the diagnostic criteria of chronic glomerulonephritis with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis from May 2020 to February 2021,and divided it into observation group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases)by random number table method. The control group was treated with the treatment principle of chronic nephritis in the ninth edition of "Internal Medicine",and the observation group was treated with Yishen Jianpi Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment is 8 weeks.Comparing the changes in urine red blood cell counts under microscope,24-hour urine protein quantification, and TCM syndrome scores, safety indicators and clinical efficacy before and after treatment in the two groups.Statistical methods were used to analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of the two treatment programs on chronic glomerulonephritis with deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and blood stasis..Results1.Baseline data: There was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group before treatment in gender, age, course of disease, blood pressure, renal function, urine red blood cell counts under microscope,24-hour urine protein quantitation and TCM symptom scores comparison(P>0.05),suggesting that there is comparability between the two groups of cases.2.Clinical efficacy: Total effective rate: The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group is 86.21%,which is higher than 67.86% in the control group. The difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).3.The efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of TCM syndrome scores in the observation group is 93.10%,which is higher than 62.07% in the control group. The difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Curative effect indicators:(1)Intra-group comparison before and after treatment: The differences in urine red blood cell counts under microscope,24-hour urine protein quantification, and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)Comparison between groups after treatment: The differences in urine red blood cell counts under microscope and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Safety indicators: During the observation process,no adverse reactions were collected in the two groups of patients, and the differences in safety indicators before and after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions1.The clinical effective rate of Yishen Jianpi Tongluo Decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment is higher than that of pure western medicine treatment.2.Yishen Jianpi Tongluo Decoction combined with western medicine routine treatmentcan reduce urine red blood cell counts under microscope,24-hour urine proteinquantitation, and TCM syndrome scores in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis ofspleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis;3.Yishen Jianpi Tongluo Decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment makes the reduction of urine red blood cell counts under microscope and TCM syndrome scores of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis lower than that of western medicine routine treatment;3.Yishen Jianpi Tongluo Decoction has no obvious toxic and side effects in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis, and has good safety. |
