| Objective: By evaluating the anti-aging effect of exosome compound solution imported by radio frequency instrument in facial rejuvenation,a new method and product to improve skin aging is provided for clinicians.This treatment not only has no damage to the skin,but also has simpler operation,high comfort level for beauty seekers and significant curative effect.Methods: From July 2021 to October 2021,40 female beauty seekers who received facial skin aging cosmetology in the Outpatient department of Medical Cosmetology,Affiliated Hospital of Yan ’an University were selected as the research subjects.The will of beauty seekers was solicited before treatment,and the clinical study was conducted on the premise of being voluntary and understood.A total of 40 beauty seekers agreed to use their treatment data and images as data for this study,and agreed to strictly implement the content and regulations in the informed consent for treatment.This study has been approved by our ethics Committee.In this study,40 cases of beauty seekers were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in the treatment group and 20 cases in the control group.The age and other related data of beauty seekers were accurately recorded.In the control group,20 beauty-seeking patients received routine treatment with skin moisturizing and repairing lotion introduced by radio frequency instrument（Shuminzhixing）;In the treatment group,20 beauty-seeking patients were treated with skin moisturizing and repairing lotion introduced by radio frequency instrument（Shuminzhixing）,and then treated with compound solution containing exosome introduced by radio frequency instrument.The interval between each treatment and the previous treatment was 28 to 30 days,and three consecutive treatments were one course.CBS cloud mirror,a noninvasive hyperspectral skin detector,was used to take orthographic photos of the beauty seekers before the first treatment and after the end of one course of treatment（three times of treatment）.Clinicians collection of 40 cases of torture beauty image data before and after the treatment of facial skin deep skin pigment,UV pigment,deep,shallow wrinkles and fine lines,wrinkles,skin pores,smoothness index values,and each o beauty is between the two groups before and after treatment the indicators to improve numerical,using statistical software SPSS25.0 to objective analysis of the data,Make a comprehensive evaluation of its efficacy.After treatment,the experience of beauty seekers was consulted,and adverse reactions（erythema,rash,swelling,edema,pruritus）were recorded.Results:（1）In the treatment group,20 beauty seekers ranged in age from 29 to 52,with an average age of（38.90±7.29）;In the control group,20 cases of beauty seekers were aged from 27 to 54 years old,with an average age of（39.20±8.50）,There was no statistical difference in age between the two groups（P > 0.05）.（2）There were no significant differences in facial skin epidermal pigment,UV deep pigment,deep skin wrinkles,shallow skin wrinkles,fine lines,pores and smoothness indexes between the two groups before treatment（P > 0.05）.（3）By comparing the index values of beauty seekers before treatment and after three treatments in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;Comparing the index values of beauty seekers in the control group before and after three treatments,the difference was also statistically significant（P<0.05）;（4）By comparing the index improvement value of beauty seekers before and after three treatments between the two groups,it was found that the improvement degree of epidermal pigment,UV deep pigment,pores,smoothness and wrinkles in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.（5）At the end of the treatment,there was 1 case of beauty seekers in the treatment group showed mild burning and redness,which returned to normal after cold compress,while the rest did not have erythema,rash,swelling,edema,itching and other adverse reactions.Conclusion:（1）The compound solution containing exosome introduced by radio frequency instrument（Shuminzhixing）has significant improvements effect on facial rejuvenation,better able to desalt face splash,reduce wrinkles,shrink pores,make skin more smooth compact,shows that compound solution containingexosome has a good application prospect in the delay skin aging,worth clinical promotion use.（2）The treatment has no damage to the skin,no obvious discomfort in the treatment process for beauty seekers,good experience and significant curative effect. |
