Correlation Analysis With The Expression Of ADPN、VEGF And TCM Symptom In Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective By observing the different expression of ADPN、VEGF in spleen and kidney deficiency type diabetic nephropathy and the correlation between the them with TCM syndrome to provide a micro reference of prognosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and new ideas for DN study.Methods 40 patients spleen and kidney deficiency type diabetic nephropathy who met the diagnostic criteria related were selected as experimental group.40 healthy people with no statistic difference with the formers were selected as control group.Serum ADPN and VEGF were measured by ELISA And observe the fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),serum creatinine(Scr);the experimental group also need to observe the 24-hour urinary protein excretion,glomerular filtration rate(eGFR).At the same time according to clinical manifestations syndrome to assess their symptom scores.Results ①Serum ADPN,VEGF test results were higher,the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05).②There was a positive correlation between serum levels of VEGF and ADPN in experimental group;Serum ADPN and FBG,HbAlc,TC,Scr,24-hour urinary protein excretion were positively correlated(r values were 0.315,0.46,0.316,0.262,0.279,P<0.05),it was negatively correlated with eGFR(r value of-0.318,P<0.05);serum VEGF and TG were positively correlated(r value of 0.487,P<0.05),negatively correlated with eGFR(r value of 0.045,P<0.05);③ Serum ADPN integral with the main symptoms were positively correlated(r value of 0.360,P<0.05),and secondary symptoms,no correlation(P among other symptom score>0.05).No correlation(P>0.05)between serum VEGF and main symptoms,secondary symptoms,other symptoms scores.Conclusion ①By checked the ADPN、VEGF,we can early detect or understand the risk factors associated with DN.②VEGF and ADPN have a certain effect on the occurrence and development of DN.③ADPN serum levels can indirectly reflect the degree of the TCM Symptom in spleen and kidney deficiency type diabetic nephropathy.
