| Objective: To compare the similarities and differences of the indexes of conventional pulmonary ventilatory function volume measurement in patients with cough varriant asthma(CVA)and chronic cough patients,and to explore the value of related indicators of conventional pulmonary ventilatory function volume measurement in the diagnosis of CVA.Observe the effectiveness and safety of Shengjiangzhikepingchuan Pills in the treatment of CVA.By observing the changes of related indicators of routine pulmonary ventilation function volume determination,the guiding effect of the clinical treatment of CVA from the lifting and lowering of the air machine is verified,and experimental evidence is provided for the clinic.Methods: 40 patients with CVA and 40 patients with chronic cough were taken as the research objects,and they all underwent routine pulmonary ventilatory function volume measurement and examination.The indicators of routine pulmonary ventilatory function volume were recorded and compared.80 CVA patients were taken as the research objects and randomly divided into a test group of 40 cases and a control group of 40 cases.The test group was treated with Shengjiangzhikepingchuan pills,6g/time,3 times/day,after meals.The control group was given salmeterol and ticasone inhalation,1 inhalation/day,with a drug content of 250μg per inhalation.After treatment for 6 weeks,the changes of TCM symptom score,lung function index,exhaled nitric oxide,cough VAS score,and quality of life score were compared before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparing the lung function indexes of CVA patients and chronic cough patients,the measured values of MEF 75 and MEF 50 of CVA patients decreased,and the results showed that there were changes in small airway function in CVA patients.The injury rate of MEF50,MEF25,Rocc measured value/predicted value of CVA patients is higher than that of patients with chronic cough.The results show that CVA patients have small airway changes and increased airway resistance.2.Comparing the clinical symptoms of the two groups of CVA patients can improve the symptoms such as cough,and comparing the therapeutic effects,it can not prove that the experimental group is better than the control group.3.After the two groups of CVA patients were treated,the pulmonary function indexes of the patients were all improved,indicating that the two groups of treatments can improve the pulmonary function.4.The VAS scores of the two groups of CVA patients can all improve the cough,but the comparison of the treatment efficiency proves that the treatment group has a better effect.5.The comparison of the quality of life scores of the two groups of CVA patients after treatment can be improved,but compared with the experimental group,the quality of life of the patients can be improved.6.In terms of safety,there were no clinically significant abnormal results in the two groups of CVA patients before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.In the lung function test,the measured values of MEF 75,MEF 50 and the measured/predicted values of MEF50,MEF25,Rocc can be used as one of the objective indicators for the initial screening of cough variant asthma.2.Shengjiangzhikepingchuan Pills can effectively treat cough and other symptoms in CVA patients with wind-excessive spasm and acute cold syndrome,and the curative effect is significant,safe and effective.3.Shengjiangzhikepingchuan Pills can effectively treat the symptoms of CVA patients with wind-excessive spasm,acute-cold syndrome,and other symptoms,and the curative effect is significant,safe and effective.4.Shengjiangzhikepingchuan Pills can improve patients’ airway resistance,improve small airway function,and improve inflammation;5.Shengjiangzhikepingchuan pills have obvious advantages in improving the quality of life of patients with CVA,which shows the advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine theory of Qi lifting treatment of CVA. |
