| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chinese traditional herbal fumigation and washing combined with active and passive functional exercises in the diagnosis and treatment of Pilon fracture based on the theory of "dynamic and static combination",and to analyze and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of functional exercises combined with aconite decoction and simple functional exercises,so as to provide effective methods and experimental data support for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Pilon fracture.To provide effective measures for functional recovery and reduction of complications of Pilon fracture after operation.Methods: 60 Pilon fracture patients who were received,cured and followed from October 2016 to April 2018,and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were divided into group A and group B.Group A(treatment group)was treated with Aconite Decoction and fumigation combined with proper ankle function exercise and group B(control group)was treated with proper ankle function exercise,30 cases for each.Both groups were based on the theory of "dynamic and static combination".By analyzing and researching the influence of the above two methods on ankle function after Pilon fracture operation,the therapeutic effect of the two treatment modes was summarized and analyzed.Results: The two groups of patients underwent the clinical study after removing the suture two weeks after operation.The clinical observation time was 12 months.The results were that the clinical follow-up for 12 months showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(P ^ 0.05).Statistical analysis showed that fumigation and washing combined with active and passive functional exercises based on the theory of "dynamic and static combination" was a better treatment for recovery of ankle motion and reduction of complications after Pilon fracture operation.Conclusion: The effect of fumigation and washing combined with active and passive functional exercises based on the theory of "dynamic and static combination" is better than that of simple functional exercises in restoring ankle motion after Pilon fracture operation.In the early stage,it can help to alleviate the pain and swelling of the injured site;in the later stage,it can help to reduce the complications of Pilon fracture operation. |
