| Objective: To explore the meaning of the guidance of the theory of dynamic and static integration on functional exercise after the operation of humeral lateral condyle fracture in children, through comparing the recovery of elbow joint function in patients guided by different rehabilitation methods.Method: 80 children after the operation of humeral lateral condyle fracture treated in the Pediatric Orthopedics Ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, each with40 cases, from October 2017 to November 2019.These children were adopted different exercise methods after the operation, and the observation group: under the guidance of dynamic and static theory, functional exercise method was used;control group: traditional functional exercise method was used. The child patient’s fixation time, recovery time of elbow joint activity, the intensity of pain when conducting functional exercise, and the marking scheme of Mayo elbow joint were all recorded at the 11 th week, and then, statistical analysis was conducted. Results: Through statistical analysis of patients, the recovey time of joint mobility(p <0.05)was statistically significant. The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. In the VAS pain score of 1-8 weeks(P < 0.05),the observation group was inversely proportional to the time. The control group began to exercise after removing the plaster fixation in 4-6 weeks, and the VAS increased sharply and then decreased slowly. The excellence rate of elbow rehabilitation at week 11(p <0.05)was statistically significant that the excellence rate of the observation group was92.5%,which is greater than 75% excellence rate of the control group, and there was no apparent difference in the immobilization time. Conclusion:With the guidance of the theory of dynamic and static integration, functional exercise method has obvious advantages for the recovery of joint function after the operation of humeral lateral condyle fracture in children,as it can shorten the rehabilitation time of children and is a rehabilitation method should be promoted. |
