| Objective: To observe the effect of Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction combined with external application of TCM on curing Endometriotic Cysts of the Ovary with qi stagnation and blood stasis.In order to provide a new treatment for the clinic.Methods: Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction together with external application of TCM for three months,and the control group was treated with Sanjie Zhentong Capsule for three months.Observed the clinical symptoms,signs and the clinical therapeutic effect,the size of endometriotic cysts of the ovary,the serum CA125 changes.Results: In the clinical therapeutic effect,the treatment group has 2cases cured,13 cases obviously improved,11 cases improved,4 cases invalid,the total of the effective rate is 86.67%,while the control group has 0,7,10,13 and 56.67% respectively.The contrast difference here has statistical significance(P<0.05).In the improvement of TCM symptoms aspect,the treatment group has 3 cases cured,12 cases obviously improved,12 cases improved,while the control group has 1,6,11 respectively.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 90%,which is higher than the 60% of the control group,and the contrast difference has a statistical significance(P<0.05).The twogroups can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the treatment group is more obvious(P<0.01).In the accessory examination aspect,the size of Endometriotic Cysts of the Ovary in the two groups is decreased after treatment,and the treatment group is more effective(P<0.05).The level of the CA125 is also declined in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction together with external application of TCM can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,signs and the clinical therapeutic effect,effectively narrow cysts,reduce the CA125 level and improve life quality. |
