| Objectives: To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenqizhixie Power and Ginger-partition Moxibustion in treating children with acute non-infectious diarrhea and cold dampness syndrome, and to explore its mechanism and clinical application value, and to provide a scientific basis for clinical research of acute non-infectious diarrhea in children. Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to randomized, parallel, and controlled methods,ie,30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group. The treatment group was given Wenqizhixie Power and Ginger-partition Moxibustion treatment, and the control group was given oral smecta treatment. After 3 days of treatment, observe and compare the changes of symptoms, signs and physiological indexes of children before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 90.0%.There was no significant difference in the overall efficacy between the two groups. The two groups were equally effective in reducing the number of stools and improving secondary symptoms, but in the improvement of stool traits, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusions: The overall efficacy of Wenqizhixie Power and Ginger-partition Moxibustion for the treatment of acute non-infectious diarrhea with cold and dampness syndrome is reliable, especially in improving stool traits. It has certain clinical application value and is worthy offurther promotion and application. |
