Clinical Observation On Dispelling Cold Dehumidification Activating Collateral Method Combined With Ginger Moxibustion In Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis With Cold-dampness Obstruction

Objective: In this study,the method of dispelling cold dehumidification activating collateral combined with ginger moxibustion was used to treat ankylosing spondylitis of cold-dampness obstruction.The changes of the efficacy evaluation indexes and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were observed,so as to analyze the clinical efficacy of the method of dispelling cold dehumidification activating collateral combined with ginger moxibustion in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis of cold-dampness obstruction,and to provide new ideas and insights for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: Forty-two patients meet the diagnostic criteria of ankylosing spondylitis with cold-dampness stagnation were selected and divided into control group and treatment group using the randomized table,each 21 cases.The control group was given leflunomide 20 mg orally once a day,and the treatment group was treated with the the method of dispelling cold dehumidification activating collateral,one dose a day,twice in the morning and evening,combined with ginger moxibustion,Dazhui point to Yaoshu point were selected,ginger moxibustion was treated three Zhuang each time,twice a week,both lasting for eight weeks.By comparing the efficacy evaluation indexes(thoracic activity,Schober test,BASDAI score,BASFI score,pain VAS score,ESR,CRP)and TCM syndrome score of patients before and after treatment,the collected data were processed and analyzed by statistical software SPSS 26.0,aimed at evaluating the clinical efficacy of dispelling cold dehumidification activating collateral method combined with ginger moxibustion in treating patients with ankylosing spondylitis due to cold and dampness obstruction.Results: 1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the overall effective rate of Western Medicine in the control group and the treatment group was 60% and90% respectively,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM curative effect in the control group and treatment group was 75% and95% respectively,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the therapeutic indexes of thoracic activity,Schober test,BASDAI score,BASFI score,pain VAS score,ESR and CRP in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of patients in the treatment group was obviously better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.There was no obvious difference in safety indexes between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and no adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.The method of dispelling cold dehumidification activating collateral combined with ginger moxibustion can obviously improve the thoracic activity,Schober test,BASDAI score,BASFI score,pain VAS score,ESR,CRP and the TCM syndrome scores of patients with ankylosing spondylitis due to cold-damp obstruction.2.The method of dispelling cold dehumidification activating collateral combined with ginger moxibustion has a remarkable clinical effect on the treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis of cold-dampness obstruction.
