Clinical Study Of Shengchai Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of shengchai decoction on stable angina pectoris with liver stagnation and qi stagnation and explore its mechanism.Methods: Selected 64 cases of liver depression and qi stagnation type stable angina patients were randomly divided into experimental group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases),two groups were given isosorbide mononitrate,rui shu laval statin calcium tablet,aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride,tartaric acid metoprolol treatment,on the basis of experimental group on the basis of this to the raw wood is orally,course of treatment for 4 weeks.To observe the effect of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,blood lipid,hemorheology,TCM syndrome,stopping rate of nitroglycerin and score of Seattle angina pectoris before and after treatment.Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.6%,and that of the control group was 78.1%.The efficacy of the experimental group was more superior than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the curative effect of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 84.4%,and that of the control group was 71.8%.The curative effectof TCM syndromes in the experimental group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group in improving the single symptoms of chest pain,chest tightness,chest distension or pain causing shoulder and back,impatience and irritability,and good sighing.In addition,the experimental group had better efficacy than the control group in stopping reduction rate of nitroglycerin,improvement of ecg efficacy,lipid profile,hemorheology and score of Seattle angina pectoris(P<0.05).Conclusion: The experimental group significantly improved the TCM syndromes of patients,can reduce the symptoms of stable angina pectoris,reduce the use of nitroglycerin;It is effective in improving myocardial blood supply,regulating blood lipids and reducing blood viscosity,and can increase exercise tolerance and improve quality of life of patients.It indicates that shengchai decoction has definite curative effect on stable angina pectoris with liver stagnation and qi stagnation.
