Objective: In this study,Xiaoxianxiong Decoction,a famous classical decoction,was used as the research object.The related literature of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction was collected and collated by the software of V2.5.This paper summarizes the compatibility rule and clinical application of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction,and provides the basis for clinical application of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction.Method: 1.Formulas containing Ginseng Pinellia ternata,coptis Chinensis and trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim in Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Prescription were collected,sorted and entered TCMISS to build a database and analyze their medication rules and major indications.2.Search keyword Xiaoxianxiongtang and gather imformation all about Xiaoxianxiongtang application cases which published on CNKI between 1955 and 2019.By statistical method,the research analyzed the gender,age,tongue,pulse,medication regular,traditional Chinese medicine diseases that apper in the case of Xiaoxianxiongtang.Result: 1.The database collected 61 prescriptions,77 core drugs and 33 diseases.Selected the three high frequency disease "cough","abdominal mass" and " distention and fullness" drug combination analysis,shows the Xiaoxianxiongtang prescription in the treatment of "cough" mainly compatible with expectorants,and in the treatment of "abdominal mass" mainly compatible with the digestant drugs.In the treatment of "distention and fullness" mainly compatible with the energen-regulating drugs.3.There has collected 669 Xiaoxianxiongtang journal articles and filtrated 292 individual cases in this reserch.And it discovered the Red Tongue,Yellowish fur is mainly in4.Xiaoxianxiongtang cases and thready,slippery,rapid pulse is mainly in Xiaoxianxiongtang cases.Traditional Chinese medicine diseases mainly includes the spleen and stomach system diseases,pulmonary system diseases,Hepatobiliary diseases.Conclusion: 1.Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Prescription has a wide range of compatible drugs for Xiaoxianxiontang decoction.The characteristics of treatment are clear.The composition principle can reflect the characteristics of the group in the treatment of different diseases.5.The Xiaoxianxiontang decoction is widely used in modern clinical practice and there are many diseases can be used.Good therapeutic effects can be achieved if the diagnosis is correct.
