Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Ovarian Reserve Dysfunction With Bushen Tiaogan Decoction Combined With Artificial Cycle

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with ovarian reserve dysfunction treated with Bushen Tiaogan decoction combined with artificial cycle(estradiol valerate tablets + progesterone capsule),objectively evaluate its therapeutic effect and explore its mechanism.It provides new diagnosis and treatment ideas and new treatment methods for the treatment of DOR with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and improves the quality of life and reproductive ability of patients.Methods: From November 2017 to October 2018,we visited the gynecological clinic of Weifang traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,aged between 30 and 40 years old.the diagnosis of western medicine accorded with the decline of ovarian reserve function,and the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine was liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.According to the sequence of patients,the selected patients were assigned to the experimental group and the control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with artificial cycle,the experimental group was treated with artificial cycle plus Bushen Tiaogan decoction,the prescription was treated with traditional Chinese medicine formula granule,warm water 200 ml,half an hour after breakfast and dinner.The course of treatment of the two groups was 3 menstrual cycle.after the treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and menstrual improvement of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Changes of serum hormones FSH(serum follicle stimulating hormone),LH(luteinizing hormone),FSH/LH,E2(estradiol),AMH(anti-Mullerian hormone),bilateral ovarian AFC(number of basal antral follicles)under ultrasound,and blood routine,Liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram,Breast color Doppler ultrasound and other safety indicators.By observing the treatment results for statistical analysis,scientific evaluation of Bushen Tiaogan decoction combined with artificial cycle in the treatment of DOR clinical efficacy and safety.Results: There were no exfoliated cases in the experimental group and the control group,and 30 cases were completed in the end.Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in age and course of disease between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).The main results were as follows:(1)menstrual cycle: there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P< 0.05).For the comparison of menstrual volume,there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P< 0.05).(2)Clinical efficacy: the clinical effective rate was 96.7% in the experimental group and 60.0% in the control group.There was significant difference in clinical curative effect between the two groups(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01),and there was significant difference in the score of TCM syndromes between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01).After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(3)comparison of laboratory indexes: there was significant difference in FSH,FSH/LH,AMH,between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in E2 and LH,between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).(4)B-ultrasound monitoring index: there were significant differences in AFC,between the two groups before and after treatment,and between the two groups after treatment,P < 0.05.the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Bushen Tiaogan decoction combined with artificial cycle can adjust menstrual disorder in patients with ovarian reserve dysfunction due to deficiency of liver and kidney,increase menstrual volume,alleviate clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,increase the number of basal antral follicles in bilateral ovaries,and increase the number of basal antral follicles in bilateral ovaries.Improve the ovarian reserve function of patients.2.the curative effect of Bushen Tiaogan decoction combined with artificial cycle and simple artificial cycle on reducing FSH and FSH/LH,and increasing AMH was similar.3.the curative effect of Bushen Tiaogan decoction combined with artificial cycle and simple artificial cycle on improving LH and E2 was not significant.
