Clinical Research Of Bushen Ankun Decoction Combined With Fenmatone In The Treatment Of Decreased Ovarian Reserve Function Of Kidney Yin And Yang Deficiency Type

Purpose:In this study,Yin and Yang double supplement method is proposed for the treatment of renal and Yin deficiency type ovarian reserve deficiency(Decreased ovarian reserve,DOR),aiming to observe and compare the clinical efficacy of "Bushen Ankun decoction combined with Femoston" and "single administration of Femoston",and observe the changes of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and clinical indicators before and after treatment.in order to find more and more effective ways for clinical treatment of ovarian reserve deficiency(DOR).To provide new ideas and directions of medicine for the treatment of DOR,and to control and delay the further decline of ovarian function.Methods:Seventy cases of DOR with deficiency of kidney and Yin and Yang were collected from Department of Gynecology of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into the Bushen Ankun decoction plus Femoston treatment group and the Femoston control group.After 3 months of treatment with the proposed treatment plan,the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the changes of TCM syndromes integral,the changes of various hormone levels,the number of sinus follicles,the maximum diameter of follicles and ovulation rate were analyzed after treatment,and the safety was evaluated.The comprehensive efficacy was followed up 3 months after treatment.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy:the treatment schemes of both the treatment group and the observation group could improve the TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms of patients,and reduce the TCM syndromes score.The total effective rate of TCM syndrom efficacy was 97.14%in the treatment group and 91.42%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).and the treatment group is better than the control group.(2)hormone levels:FSH and LH levels were decreased in both treatment group and observation group,and the difference was significant before and after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group.There was no significant difference in basic E2 and AMH before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).(3)Ultrasound indexes:The number of sinus follicles and maximum follicle diameter were increased in both groups,and there were significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment of ovulation rate(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group.(4)Safety evaluation:there were no obvious abnormalities in all safety indexes before and after treatment in the two groups.Bushen Ankun Decoction and Femoston were both safe,and no adverse events occurred during treatment.(5)Follow-up:The comprehensive efficacy of the two groups were followed up 3 months after the end of treatment,with the effective rate of 85.29%in the treatment group and 57.58%in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).the long-term treatment effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:For the treatment of patients with decreased ovarian reserve function with kidney and Yin and Yang deficiency,Bushen Ankun decoction combined with western medicine Femoston and western medicine Femoston alone can could improve the TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms of patients,and reduce the TCM syndromes score,reduce the levels of FSH and LH hormones,increase the number of sinus follicles and the maximum diameter of follicles,and improve the ovulation rate,and There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group.There were no significant differences in basal E2 and AMH levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Three months after the end of treatment,and There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),the long-term treatment effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.
