| Purpose :Combined with clinical observation,this study investigated and explored the pathogenesis related factors of patients with early-onset ovarian insufficiency(POI)of kidney-yin-yang deficiency type,and understood their clinical characteristics such as social demography,lifestyle and previous history.Through the randomized controlled study of "erxian yangkun prescription" and "HRT hormone supplement therapy",the clinical efficacy was observed and compared,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated,so as to find more and more effective ways for the clinical treatment of early-onset ovarian insufficiency(POI)of kidney-yin-yang deficiency type.Methods:Sixty patients with POI and 60 healthy women diagnosed according to TCM syndrome differentiation were selected to meet the inclusion criteria,and their personal and lifestyle information as well as type A personality questionnaire were collected for analysis of relevant factors.And the dialectical classification for god of Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome two POI of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group,30 cases were given "two fairy kun party" and HRT,continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles,compared two groups before and after treatment in TCM syndrome integral,basic sex hormone levels(FSH,LH,E2)and endometrial thickness,statistical analysis of the difference of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Single factor logistics regression analysis: Working strength,degree of education,economy,law of labor,the mother during pregnancy with related diseases(high blood pressure,diabetes,etc.),number of induced abortion,spontaneous abortion times,cesarean delivery times,menstruation to be not moved(last 3 months or more often),hair color,toxic substances,active contact industry reagent,physical exercise,smoking,drinking,second-hand smoke taste partial addicted,less food preferences,winter clothes,eat soy products,weight loss method,mind you,cold,sleep quality,sex,emergency contraception,relationships,frequency of use behavior of personality and POI(kidney Yin and Yang are two virtual type).2.Multi-factor logistics regression analysis: POI(kidney Yin and Yang deficiency type)protection factors include frequent consumption of fruits and vegetables,regular physical exercise and harmonious relationship between husband and wife(OR < 1,P < 0.05);Risk factors for maternal pregnancy associated diseases(hypertension,diabetes,etc.),hair coloration,second-hand smoke,lack of clothing in winter,multiple use of emergency contraception,and type A personality are POI(kidney Yin and Yang deficiency)(OR > 1,P < 0.05).3.Curative effect analysis: comprehensive curative effect: the recovery rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 73.33% and 90.00% respectively.The effective rate was 96.67%.After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),and the effect was similar.Curative effect of TCM syndromes: the recovery rate of the treatment group was 76.67%,and the total effective rate was 90.00%;The effective rate was 96.67%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Compared between the two groups,the efficacy of the control group was better than that of the treatment group in improving menstrual arrest,vaginal dryness and decreased sexual desire(P < 0.05),while the other single symptom groups showed no significant difference(P < > 0.05),and the efficacy of the two groups was similar.Comparison of hormone levels and endometrial thickness: before and after self-comparison,FSH,LH,E2 and endometrial thickness of the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.01).The results of the intergroup comparison showed that the efficacy of the control group in improving the level of FSH was better than that of the treatment group(P < 0.05),and the other indicators showed no significant difference between the groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions:1.The protective factors of POI were frequent consumption of fruits and vegetables,regular physical exercise and harmonious relationship between husband and wife.The risk factors of POI(kidney Yin and Yang deficiency)were associated diseases(hypertension,diabetes,etc.),hair color,secondhand smoke,lack of clothing in winter,multiple use of emergency contraceptives in A year,and type A personality.2.In terms of the clinical efficacy of treating POI patients with kidney Yin and Yang deficiency,"erxian yangkun fang" has the same efficacy as HRT. |
