Objective:The purpose of this study is to analyze the current mental health level by reviewing the literature and theoretical summary based on the existing research conclusions of stroke patients at home and abroad, and to use survey questionnaires to understand the degree of loss of health function and psychological elasticity of stroke patients. And the status quo of subjective well-being;comparing the differences in the degree of loss of health function, psychological resilience, and subjective well-being of stroke patients with different sociodemographic characteristics;analyzing the correlation between the degree of loss of health function, mental resilience, and subjective well-being in patients with stroke; To explore the impact of the degree of loss of health function and psychological elasticity of stroke patients on subjective well-being,and provide a reference for nursing staff to take effective interventions to improve the happiness of stroke patients. Methods:This study is a non-experimental correlation study.Convenience sampling was used to select 228 stroke patients who met the inclusion criteria from three hospitals in Shandong Province as the subjects of investigation.Quantitative assessment of patients through general demographic questionnaires, health function, psychological resilience and subjective well-being.Statistical analysis was performed using the Chinese version of statistical software SPSS17.0.In this study, the difference was statistically significant when P<0.05.Resuits:(1)The health function score of stroke patients in this study was(66.89±16.059)points,and there were significant differences in age, family residence, education, occupation, number of episodes, course of disease, etc.with the health function of stroke patients.Statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)The total score of patients with stroke in this study was(56.90±19.167).The patient’s psychological resilience was statistically significant in different age, place of residence, education, occupation, number of episodes, and course of disease(P<0.05).(3)The subject’s subjective well-being score in this study was(17.49±5.196).Subjective well-being was significantly different in factors such as age, place of residence, education, occupation, number of episodes, and course of disease(P<0.05).(4)The correlation analysis between the health function, psychological resilience and subjective well-being of stroke patients leads to the conclusion that by performing Pearson correlation analysis on the three variables, there is a significant negative correlation between health function and mental resilience(r=-0.774,P<0.01)There is a significant negative correlation between health function and subjective well-being(r=-0.678,P<0.01).There is a positive correlation between psychological resilience and subjective well-being(r=0.785,P<0.01).Conclusion:The degree of loss of health function and mental elasticity affect the subjective well-being of stroke patients, and there is a correlation between the three. The smaller the degree of loss of health function, the higher the subjective well-being;the higher the mental resilience, the higher the subjective well-being.In clinical work, this suggests that medical staff not only need to restore the patient’s health function to the greatest extent, but also pay attention to the patient’s mental health.By improving the patient’s health function, adjusting the patient’s psychological elasticity, and improving the patient’s subjective well-being.
