Objective:To understand the mental health status and influencing factors of military personnel in remote mountainous areas of the Qinling Mountains, provide a reference for the monitoring and maintenance of the mental health of officers and soldiers in the area, and improve the mental health of military personnel in the area.method:Convenient sampling method was adopted to select 662 soldiers stationed in remote mountainous areas of Qinling. The self-made basic situation survey form,Symptom Checklist90,Connor-Davidson resilience scale, and Social Support Rating Scale were used.Support ate scale)and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire are used as survey tools, and SPSS 25.00 software is used for statistical analysis to analyze and study the mental health status and influencing factors of environmental officers and soldiers in this region.result:1 A total of 41 positive cases were detected in this survey, accounting for 6.73%.2 Comparing the differences in SCL-90,psychological resilience, social support and coping styles in different age groups, the results showed that the scores were not statistically different between different age groups(P>0.05);comparing their differences between different military ages, the results It shows that the longer the military age,the higher the score of SCL-90,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the other groups is not statistically significant(P>0.05);compare the differences between different ranks,The results showed that the SCL-90 and coping style scores of the officers were higher than the other two groups, while the noncommissioned officers had higher scores of psychological resilience and social support, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compare their differences between different political outlooks,The results show that there is no statistically significant difference in the scores between different political aspects(P>0.05);comparing the differences between different urban sources, the results show that the SCL-90 scores of officers and soldiers from rural areas are lower than those from cities, and the differences are statistically significant.Academic significance(P<0.05),and the differences between the other groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);comparing the differences between officers and soldiers of different families, the results showed that the social support scores of officers and soldiers from single-parent families were lower than those of the other two groups. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences between the other groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);comparing the differences between only-child and non-only-child officers and soldiers, the results showed that the non-only-child officers and soldiers SCL-The score of 90 was lower than that of the officers and soldiers of the only child, and the score of coping style was higher than that of the officers and soldiers of the only child. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the other groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the comparison was different The difference between family economic levels, the results showed that officers and soldiers with good family economic conditions scored lower in coping style, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences between the other groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);The difference between the status of interpersonal relationship, the results show that the difference between the scores in different interpersonal relationships is not statistically significant(P>0.05).3 Comparing the difference between the scores of each factor of the SCL-90 scale and the Chinese norm and the 2016 version of the military norm, the results show that the scores of the other factors in the SCL-90 scale are significantly lower than the anxiety and terror factors. The difference between the two norms was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the difference between the psychological resilience scale score and the norm, the results show that except for the optimistic dimension, the other scores are lower than the norm, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);comparing the scores of the social support rating scale with the norm The results showed that the total score and subjective support score were higher than the norm, while the objective support score and support utilization score were lower than the norm, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the differences between the scores of each dimension of the Simple Coping Style Scale and the norm, the results show that the scores of the active coping dimensions are lower than the norm, while the negative coping dimensions scores are higher than the norm, and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Analysis of influencing factors of mental health status:The analysis of the factors affecting mental health status shows that the final model contains seven variables: tenacity, objective support, active coping, military age, strength, support utilization, and negative coping. The model is tested as a whole(F=115.103,P<0.001)regression model Significant,at this time R2=0.573,and the above 7 variables can explain 57.3% of the variation of the SCL-90 total score. For each increase in the score of the resilience dimension, the total score of SCL-90 decreases by 2.032 points;each increase of the objective support dimension score by 1 point, the total score of SCL-90 decreases by 1.610 points;actively respond to the increase of 1 point in the dimension score,SCL-The total score of 90 decreases by 0.412 points;the total score of SCL-90 decreases by 0.460 points for each increase in the strength dimension score;the total score of SCL-90 decreases by 0.977 points for each increase in the support utilization dimension;each increase in military age For 1 level, the total score of SCL-90 increased by 4.205 points;for each increase in the negative coping dimension score, the total score of SCL-90 increased by 0.203 points.in conclusion:The mental health status of soldiers stationed in remote mountainous areas of Qinling Mountains is generally good.Different military age, military rank, education level, urban origin, family composition, etc.have different degrees of impact on the mental health status of officers and soldiers, improve the psychological flexibility and social support of officers and soldiers, and guide them to adopt active Coping methods to solve problems can improve the mental health of military personnel in the region. In addition,it
