Purpose:To observe the changes of the indexes of the sudden hearing loss(SHL)model mice by acupuncture at the Cervical Jiaji point, and to prove that acupuncture at the Cervical Jiaji point has a definite therapeutic effect on the sudden deafness model mice.To provide an effective experimental basis for the treatment of SHL by acupuncture at Jiaji point.method:In this study,60 healthy adult BALB/c mice with sensitive auricle response were selected. All mice were divided into normal group, model group and treatment group(20 mice in each group). The rest mice were randomly divided into model group and treatment group. No intervention was given to the normal group and the model group;the mice in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture at Jiaji point in the neck, and kept acupuncture for 30 minutes every time, once a day for 30 days. Before and after treatment, the blood viscosity, low shear rate(3/s),high shear rate(200/s)and whole blood viscosity were measured by Hemorheology analyzer. The content of FIB was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The ABR thresholds were detected 3 days,7 days,15 days and 1 month after the treatment.result:1.Hemorheology of vertebral artery:after 15 and 30 days of treatment, the blood viscosity, low shear rate(3/s),high shear rate(200/s),whole blood viscosity and FIB content of vertebral artery in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05).2.Auditory brainstem response(ABR):the results showed that the ABR threshold in the treatment group gradually decreased with the treatment time, which was significantly lower than that in the model group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at Cervical Jiaji point can significantly improve the hemorheology of vertebral artery in SHL mice model, reduce the viscosity of whole blood and plasma, and reduce the FIB content of vertebral artery.2.Acupuncture at jingduanjiaji point can significantly improve the deafness symptoms of sudden deafness mice and reduce the threshold of ABR.
