1 Expression of Heat Shock Protein 70 in Cervical Cancer and The Correlation with Clinicopathological Features and Human Papilloma Virus Infection: Meta AnalysisObjective: To analyze the expression of Heat shock protein 70 in cervical cancer and the correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis by Meta analysis. Methods: Databases including Pub Med,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,EMBASE,CBM,CNKI,Wan Fang and VIP were searched to collect case-control studies about the correlation between the expression of Hsp70 in cervical cancer with its clinically pathologic features. Then Meta analysis was performed with Stata12.0 software. Results: A total of 25 literatures were included, including 1249 cases of cervical cancer,392 cases of CIN,336 cases of chronic cervicitis and 440 cases of normal cervical tissue. The results of Meta analysis showed that: the positive expression rate of Hsp70 in the cervical cancer group and CIN group,OR=4.377,95%CI:3.072~6.238,P=0.000,SMD=2.890,95%CI:1.378~4.401,P=0.000;the cervical cancer group and the chronic cervicitis group,OR=16.829,95%CI:6.812~41.576,P=0.000;the cervical cancer group and the normal cervical tissue group,OR=13.904,95%CI:9.811~19.704,P=0.000,SMD=7.847,95%CI:2.342~13.353,P=0.005;the CIN group and chronic cervicitis group,OR=5.480,95%CI:1.681~17.861,P=0.005;the CIN group and normal cervical tissue group,OR=3.544,95%CI:1.986~6.323,P=0.000;the chronic cervicitis group and the normal cervical tissue group,OR=1.111;the CIN III group and CIN I-II group,OR=3.122,95%CI:1.350~7.223,P=0.008.Stage FIGO II vs FIGO I,OR=2.444,95%CI:1.520~3.930,P=0.000,stage FIGO II-IV vs FIGO I,OR=2.280,95%CI:1.093~4.756,P=0.028;poor differentiation group vs moderate differentiation group,OR=1.730,95%CI:1.017~2.941,P=0.043,moderate differentiation group vs good differentiation group,OR=2.841,95%CI:1.725~4.678,P=0.000;tumor size: group with tumor size≥4cm vs group with tumor size<4cm,OR=0.524,95%CI:0.232~1.180,P=0.119.Positive lymph node group vs negative lymph node group,OR=2.795,95%CI:1.705~4.581,P=0.000.Group of HPV16/19 positive in cervical cancer vs group of HPV16/19 negative in cervical cancer,OR=2.121,95%CI:1.237~3.635,P=0.006.≤48-year-old group vs >48-year-old group,OR=3.052,95%CI: 0.838~11.118,P=0.091.Conclusion: Hsp70 may help early diagnosis of cervical cancer and be a powerful biomarker for predicting the adverse clinically pathologic features and prognosis in cervical cancer.2 Clinical Analysis of The Expression of Heat Shock Protein 70 in Cervical Cancer and The Correlation with Clinicopathological Features and Human Papilloma Virus InfectionPurpose: By detecting the expression of Heat shock protein 70(Hsp70)in cervical cancer and normal cervical tissues and analyzing the correlation between the expression level of Hsp70 with the clinicopathological features of cervical cancer and human papilloma virus(HPV)16/18 infection, exploring whether Hsp70 can be used as a reference index to predict the poor prognosis of cervical cancer and provide a certain experimental basis for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis for cervical cancer. Methods: Collecting 41 cervical cancer patients and 30 normal cervix patients diagnosed by pathology after operation in our hospital. The method of Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of Hsp70 in cervical cancer tissues and normal cervical tissues.Analyzing the relationship between the expression of Hsp70 with clinicopathological features, including clinical stage, pathological type, tumor size, histological grade, lymph node metastasis, etc.and human papilloma virus infection.Use SPSS17.0 to perform the statistical analysis.P value<0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Counting data was described by using composition ratio to describe its distribution.Measurement data was described by using mean±standard deviation.Chi? square and Fisherman’s exact tests were used to evaluate the relationship between the expression of Hsp70 and clinicopathological features. Results: The positive expression rate of Hsp70 in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues(80.5% vs 23.3%,P<0.05).The positive expression rate of Hsp70 in FIGO II was higher than that in FIGO I(95.0% vs 66.7%,P<0.05).The positive expression rate of Hsp70 was higher as the degree of tissue differentiation was worse(good differentiation49.9% vs moderate differentiation 87.5% vs poor differentiation 94.1%,P<0.05).In cervical cancer patients, the expression rate of Hsp70 in positive HPV16/18 was higher than that in negative HPV16/18(90.3% vs 42.9%,P<0.05),correlation coefficient r=0.475.The positive expression rate of Hsp70 was higher in positive lymph node metastasis than that in negative lymph node metastasis(100.0% vs 75.0%,P>0.05),but without statistical significance. The positive expression rate of Hsp70 increased gradually in squamousadenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and clear cell carcinoma(50.0% vs 81.3% vs 83.3% vs 100.0%,P>0.05).The positive expression rate of Hsp70 in tumor>4cm was higher than that in tumor≤4cm,but without statistical significance(90.9% vs 76.7%,P>0.05).The positive expression rate of Hsp70 was higher in depth of tumor muscular invasion>1/2than that in depth of tumor muscular invasion≤1/2,but without statistical significance(87.5% vs 76.0%,P>0.05).The expression rate of Hsp70 in Lymph-vascular space invasion was higher than that in without Lymph-vascular space invasion, but without statistical significance(86.7% vs 76.9%,P>0.05).The positive expression rate of Hsp70 in positive palace was higher than that in negative palace, but without statistical significance(100.0% vs 80.0%,P>0.05).There was no negative margin patient;the positive expression rate of Hsp70 in positive margin patients was 80.5%.The positive expression rate of Hsp70 was higher in age>50 years old than age≤50years old,but without statistical significance(81.0% vs 80.0%,P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Hsp70 can be used as a biomarker to distinguish cervical cancer from cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and normal cervical tissue. So it may help early diagnosis of cervical cancer.2.In cervical cancer cells, the expression of Hsp70 may reflect the potential infiltration.Detecting of the expression level of Hsp70 in cervical cancer patients is expected to be one of the indicators to estimate the prognosis of patients.3.HPV16/18 infection can induce or promote the expression of Hsp70 in cervical cancer cells. They may have a synergistic effect in the occurrence and development in the cervical cancer.Combined detection of HPV16/18 and Hsp70 may have certain significance in cervical cancer screening.
