ObjectiveThis clinical subject research Shuji decoction sides in patients with chronic low back muscle fasciitis liver and kidney deficiency type, cold dampness bizu certificate of curative effect,on the basis of the application of massage, through comparing the joint Shuji decoction and joint diclofenac sodium zyban for chronic low back muscle fasciitis clinical treatment effect and discusses Shuji decoction side the rationality of the treatment of chronic lower back muscle fasciitis, provide clinical basis for its application.MethodsThis research adopts randomized controlled method, through strict screening according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,99 cases of chronic low back muscle fasciitis, divided into routine massage+Shuji decoction group(Shuji decoction group)and conventional massage+zyban diclofenac sodium group(western medicine group),regular massage group(control group),each group for 2 weeks of treatment, respectively, before treatment, treatment after 2 weeks,2 months after treatment by homemade information table to collect data,Efficacy observation indicators included VAS score,Oswestry dysfunction index questionnaire(ODI),Roland Morris dysfunction questionnaire(RDQ)and Efficacy evaluation.Result1.There was a significant difference in VAS score between the three groups after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between Shuji decoction group and Western medicine group(P>0.05),there was significant difference between Shuji decoction group and massage group(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between western medicine group and massage group(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in VAS score among the three groups after 2 months of treatment(P<0.01).There was significant difference between Shuji decoction group and Western medicine group(P<0.01),between Shuji decoction group and massage group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between western medicine group and massage group(P>0.05).There was significant difference in VAS scores among the three groups(P<0.01).Compared with before and after treatment, there was a significant difference(P<0.01)in Shuji decoction group after 2 weeks and 2 months of treatment;compared with after 2 weeks of treatment, there was a significant difference(P<0.01)after 2 months of treatment.Compared with before treatment, there were significant differences in western medicine group after 2 weeks and 2 months treatment(P<0.01);compared with after 2 weeks treatment, there were significant differences after 2 months treatment(P<0.01).Compared with before and after treatment, there was significant difference(P<0.01)in massage group after 2 weeks and 2 months of treatment;compared with after 2 weeks of treatment, there was significant difference(P<0.01)after 2 months of treatment.2.There was no significant difference in the mean RDQ score between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference between Shuji decoction group and Western medicine group(P>0.05).There was significant difference between Shuji decoction group and massage group(P<0.01).There was significant difference between western medicine group and massage group(P<0.01).After 2 months of treatment, there was significant difference between Shuji decoction group and Western medicine group(P<0.01).There was significant difference between Shuji decoction group and massage group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between western medicine group and massage group(P>0.05).In group comparison:RDQ scores of three groups after two weeks and two months of treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01);RDQ scores of three groups after two months of treatment were significantly different from those after two weeks of treatment(P<0.01).3.There was no significant difference in the overall mean of ODI among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference between the Shuji decoction group and the western medicine group(P>0.05);there was a significant difference between the Shuji decoction group and the massage group(P<0.01);there was a significant difference between the western medicine group and the massage group(P<0.01).After 2 months of treatment, there was a significant difference between the Shuji decoction group and the western medicine group(P<0.01),a significant difference between the Shuji decoction group and the massage group(P<0.01),and no significant difference between the western medicine group and the massage group(P>0.05).After 2 weeks and 2 months of treatment, the ODI scores of the three groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01);The ODI scores of this three groups after 2 months of treatment were significantly different from those after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).4.The total effective rate of Shuji decoction group was 93.94%.The total effective rate of western medicine group was 78.79%.The total effective rate of massage group was 75.76%.The difference between the Shuji decoction group and the western medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the Shuji decoction group and the massage group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the western medicine group and the massage group(P>0.05).5.No serious adverse reactions were observed in the three groups.Conclusion1.Shuji decoction combined with massage has a good effect on chronic low back muscle fasciitis, which can significantly reduce the VAS score,RDQ score and ODI index of patients with chronic low back muscle fasciitis, and improve the quality of life of patients.2.The short-term effect of Shuji decoction combined with massage on chronic low back muscle fasciitis was better than that of simple massage, which was similar to that of diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets combined with massage.Long-term effect Shuji decoction combined with massage manipulation is better than simple massage therapy and sodium diclofenac sustained release tablets combined with massage manipulation.3.In the overall efficacy evaluation of the three groups, the total effective rate of Shuji decoction combined massage was significantly higher than that of the other two groups.4.Oral Shuji decoction has high safety and no serious adverse reactions.
