| In recent years,the development of medical and health system reform has been gradually promoted,and has become a key issue of people’s livelihood and reform.The purpose of medical reform is not only to encourage the common people,but also to require the hospital to form a scientific and feasible business model under the state-owned economic system,so as to improve the doctor’s sense of responsibility and mission.However,the existence and development of public hospitals can not simply pursue economic interests,and need and must adhere to the nature of public welfare.Therefore,if the public hospital wants to seek sustainable development under the competitive economic system,it is necessary to start from the internal hospital,improve the medical quality and enhance the overall performance of the hospital on the basis of adhering to the nature of public welfare,and the performance appraisal of doctors is one of them.In this paper,three class a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine Y hospital as an example,combined with the current medical reform policy,using the questionnaire survey method to summarize and analyze the existing ward doctor performance evaluation situation,find the root cause of the existing problems.On the basis of relevant theory and practice experience,the use of the Balanced Scorecard and key performance indicators to re determine the suitable doctor ward of Y hospital performance evaluation index,judgment method and AHP evaluation index weights given by the experts,so as to realize the scientific standard.This paper mainly solves four problems in Y hospital performance appraisal in ward doctors through the analysis and discussion of examples:(1)in order to solve the problems of performance appraisal in too much emphasis on economic indicators,the lack of assessment of doctor of medical ethics;(2)the index is not reasonable design problem,each index between the pros and cons of no identify the problem;(3)the performance appraisal results only qualitative not quantitative problems;(4)the application of performance results and feedback are discussed.Through the research on the performance appraisal of the doctor in Y hospital,set up a set of ICU performance appraisal program with current situation of medical reform,public hospitals can solve part of the problems existing in the assessment of physician performance,and with intuitive,scientific and operable,available for reference to other public hospitals. |
