China’s economy is developing rapidly,society is steadily moving forward,and people’s living standards are also constantly improving.While meeting the basic needs of food and clothing,the people’s demand for health is increasing,and medical expenses are naturally rising.At the same time,Chinese society is also facing an increasingly serious aging problem.Therefore,while ensuring to meet the people’s health needs as much as possible,effective and reasonable control and supervision of medical expenses has become a focus of research in various countries.At present,the basic medical insurance coverage rate in China has been maintained at over 95%,which means that the income growth rate of the medical insurance fund will slow down.However,the rate of increase in medical insurance costs is very fast,and the number of elderly people in China has far exceeded the requirements of an aging society.In this context,DRG(Disease Diagnosis Related Group)was born.China is currently committed to the reform of medical insurance payment methods,and DRG is a suitable model for China’s reform.How to apply and integrate it is the direction of research in China.Under the gradually improving medical insurance policy,almost all hospitalized patients can now be converted into medical insurance patients.The diagnostic related groups that patients enter will have corresponding charging standards,and the medical insurance department will pay corresponding medical institutions based on this standard.At this point,the role of DRG occupies an important position in the management of mobile hospitals.In the current context of healthcare reform,with the rapid development of China’s healthcare industry and the improvement of people’s health standards,people’s demand for healthcare has undergone significant changes.On the one hand,it is a steadily developing healthcare system,and on the other hand,the competition among healthcare institutions is becoming increasingly fierce.So it is urgent for medical institutions to review their own strengths and find a suitable path for their development.Medical institutions should accelerate reform,establish a scientific performance evaluation mechanism,stimulate doctors’ work enthusiasm,promote continuous innovation and development of hospitals,and provide patients with better medical services.This article uses methods such as case analysis and chromatography to analyze the problems in the current performance evaluation system of T Hospital.In comparison and analysis,it is believed that in response to the problems in T Hospital,it is necessary to combine some DRG assessment indicators in the current performance evaluation system to build a new performance evaluation system suitable for T Hospital.Determine the specific indicator composition of the multi-dimensional comprehensive performance evaluation indicator system through the Delphi expert consultation method.By analyzing the operational data of hospitals in recent years and listening to suggestions from various clinical departments,we have gained a deep understanding of the current situation and existing problems in the performance evaluation of T Hospital.We have also pointed out several issues such as the lack of public welfare and incomplete coverage in the evaluation indicators of the medical staff performance evaluation system.This article incorporates DRG related indicators into the original performance evaluation method to form a new performance evaluation system,and develops a new performance evaluation plan.I hope that through the new performance evaluation system,medical workers can improve their work enthusiasm from their own dimensions,stimulate their enthusiasm for medical research,and promote the rapid development of hospitals.
