Study On The Interaction Between Social Workers And Health Care Workers

Medical social work has a hundred years of history,but China’s medical social work is still in the initial stage of development.Since 2000,China’s medical and health system reform has been deepening,the professional education and practice of social work continued to develop,medical social work in China’s medical system reform,the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship in the important position has been gradually established,China’s medical social work into a new period.Hospitals across the country have set up medical social work departments or positions to explore and develop professional social work services.As social work services continue to deepen,social workers interact with medical staff more and more frequently.In practice,it is found that the interactive relationship between the two parties directly affects the development of social work services.Therefore,in-depth study of the characteristics of the interactive relationship between the two parties is of great significance to give full play to the professional role of social work and improve the service level.This study focuses on the interaction between social workers and health care workers,uses qualitative research methods,collects first-hand data through in-depth interviews and participatory observations,and uses interaction theory,role theory and system theory to analyze the interaction process,interaction mode and factors affecting the interaction relationship.The results are discussed in three parts:The first part discusses the interaction process between social workers and health care workers.The interaction between the two sides can be divided into four stages: the establishment of relations,the regular interaction,the maintenance of the interactive relationship and the effectiveness of the interaction between the two sides,each of which has different characteristics.The second part discusses the interaction mode between social workers and health care workers,focusing on the interaction characteristics and roles of the two sides.The third part discusses the factors that affect the interaction between the two sides,and analyzes them from the three angles of social workers,health care workers and other factors.Summarizing this study,the interaction between social workers and health care workers is centered on the object of service and based on the same value concept,which together constitutes an action system.The interaction relationship between the two sides presents certain stage characteristics,which can be divided into four stages: relationship establishment,regular interaction,relationship maintenance and interaction effect.This paper analyzes the patterns of interaction between the two sides from the perspectives of interaction characteristics,role cognition and role expectation,and explores the influence factors of the interaction between social workers and health care workers.In the past,the study of medical social work is more macro,more institutional policy,social workers "integration" strategy as the research topic,the role of medical social workers also have more research,but pay attention to the interaction between medical social workers and health care workers two important subjects are very little.This study provides an in-depth insight into practical services to see the interaction process between social workers and health care workers.On the one hand,it is beneficial to establish a good interactive relationship for the study of interaction theory,on the other hand,to give full play to the professional role of medical social work,and to provide reference for the construction and perfection of the social work system in hospitals.
