With the continuous development of society,the medical service and health level of a country has become the key index to measure the quality of its economic development.In the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly put forward the "healthy China Strategy",which aims to promote the construction of a harmonious society by further improving the level of medical services and health care in China.Since the comprehensive implementation of the Prison Law of the people’s Republic of China,China has paid more and more attention to the health status of prisoners in custody.How to improve the modernization of prison management,civilization and scientific degree has become an urgent problem to be considered in the industry.Prison hospital serves as a dedicated prisoner in custody The special department of health and epidemic prevention and medical health is an important part of the whole judicial prison system,but because of a series of reasons,both the level of medical service and the actual guarantee ability of prison hospitals in our country do not conform to the increasing health requirements of prisoners.According to the relevant data,by the end of 2019,there are nearly 2 million prisoners in the prison system in China.The health and medical problems of prisoners in detention have been widespread for many years.It is reported that at least 100000 prisoners have medical service needs every year,but the corresponding medical reserves are the medical reserves of prison hospitals.There is a serious shortage,and most of the workers engaged in medical and nursing work do not have a high degree of specialization,which also leads to the frequent occurrence of medical malpractice and medical disputes in prisons in recent years.If we do not pay attention to the medical problems of prisons,it will inevitably have a negative impact on the judicial image of our government.This study takes A prison hospital as an example.According to the prison work objectives set by the current state,it introduces theoretical basis such as labeling theory and actor network theory,and conducts in-depth analysis on the current situation of medical services in A prison hospital through questionnaire survey,literature analysis,field observation and other research methods.It finds out that the existing main problems include: firstly,the medical level of the prison cannot meet the health needs of prisoners;Second,the "fake disease" and "fake disease" of patients affect the normal medical treatment.Third,the "excessive medical treatment" of prisoners has risen.Fourth,the lack of enthusiasm of the prison medical staff;Fifth,disputes between doctors and patients have increased to a certain extent,and the causes of the above problems are analyzed.On this basis,targeted improvement suggestions are put forward,mainly including improving the medical service level of prison hospitals,perfecting the prison medical service system mechanism,perfecting the prison hospital supervision and management system,perfecting the prison medical staff evaluation mechanism,building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,etc.This study has certain reference significance for improving the medical service level of prison hospitals in other regions,and is helpful for improving the medical service level of prison hospitals in China.
