Research On The Implementation To The Combined Policy Of Medical And Nursing In Wuhan Grassroots

With the Aged Tendency of Population sweeping through China,the Old-age Security Service in Wuhan is facing a complicated and changeable situation to the whole society.Exploring an effective combination of medical and nursing needs to take advantage of existing social resources to achieve appropriate integration of medical care and old-age care.The in-depth promotion of combination to medical and nursing policies are importance to the old-age care industry for their reform and development.Accelerating the establishment of new health care and pension models is of practical significance.Specifically,through the organic combination of health care and old-age care,the integration of social resources utilization has been improved,the quality life of the older people has been effectively guaranteed,and the social goals of the elderly health care have been achieved.The grassroots community directly face the people’s policy of integrating medical care.The effect of policy implementation learned from the grassroots level can reflect the implementation of the combination of medical policy better,and also accurately determine whether the policy objectives have been achieved.This paper uses the literature induction method to sort out the domestic and foreign literatures,summarizes the concepts related to medical treatment and the theoretical basis of policy implementation research.In conjunction with the current domestic medical and health integration policy,the implementation of relevant policies will be investigated.Based on this,an implementation effect evaluation plan will be developed to combine medical policies with nursing policies,analyze collected data and related information to find factors that affect the implementation of health care policies and policy implementation.Finally,taking the medical integration implementation policy and future development needs of the grassroots communityin Wuhan as the research object,by using survey methods and statistical analysis methods to focus in the policy itself,like organization,target group,policy resources,implementation mechanism,etc.Based on the investigation of the elderly health service stations in the grassroots communities in Wuhan,the implementation of the medical pension policy was reviewed.It was found that when implementing the current pension policy,Wuhan had problems in policy resources,policy objectives,policy input,policy organization and policy propaganda.The main causes of these problems are inadequate medical equipment,low level of medical services,insufficient funds for old-age care institutions,inadequate professionalism of nursing staff,and inadequate policy publicity.In response to these problems,the paper puts forward some policy optimization suggestions such as strengthening infrastructure allocation,building a multi-service system,broadening the supply channels for funds,strengthening the construction of professional teams,and strengthening policy propaganda and guidance,with a view to the long-term development of grassroots pensions in Wuhan and even the whole country.
