The Research On The Third Party Medicine Logistics Model Under The New Medical Reform

Under the policy environment of the new medical reform,the modern and specialized third-party logistics has become the rigid demand of the pharmaceutical circulation market,especially after the policies such as "two ticket system","the approval and cancellation of the third-party logistics","the pilot of centralized purchase and use of drugs" and the newly revised Drug Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China have been released,the pharmaceutical logistics enterprises have to actively explore and study the pharmaceutical industry The third-party logistics model seeks for breakthroughs to meet the changing market environment needs,adapt to the current rapid change of economic trends,in order to find the way to development in the current fierce competition.This thesis first focuses on the impact of China’s medical reform policy on pharmaceutical logistics in the past 30 years,and the related theoretical research of domestic and foreign scholars on pharmaceutical third-party logistics and pharmaceutical third-party logistics mode,then analyzes the development status and existing problems of pharmaceutical third-party logistics in China,summarizes the existing pharmaceutical third-party logistics mode in the pharmaceutical circulation market,combined with PE St analysis method is used to analyze the external environment of the third-party pharmaceutical logistics in China.At last,based on the theory of supply chain integration,this paper designs the third-party pharmaceutical logistics model,analyzes and summarizes the advantages,operation elements and operation process of the third-party pharmaceutical logistics model under the integration of supply chain,and then introduces Jiuzhoutong pharmaceutical logistics enterprise as a case study Design the logistics scheme of the third-party logistics mode of Jiuzhoutong pharmaceutical under the integration of supply chain,and analyze the advantages of the third-party logistics mode of Jiuzhoutong pharmaceutical and the implementation of safeguard measures.It is hoped that the research of this paper can inject new ideas and methods into the enterprises carrying out the third-party logistics of medicine,help the enterprises to broaden their business model,make the third-party logistics of medicine become the new profit growth point of the enterprises,and make the enterprises stand firm in the fast changing rhythm of the market,so as to achieve steady and sustainable development.
