Real-world Study Of "Internal And External Therapy" In The Treatment Of Vulvar Hypochromatosis Disorders Of Vulva

Objectives: In the team‘s previous research,a randomized controlled clinical study of“internal and external combined treatment“ has been completed,and the mechanism of action,toxicity observation,safety study,course of study,and comparison of size plans have been observed.Aiming at the problems of high internal authenticity and poor external authenticity of the results of randomized controlled clinical trials,and the limited practical application of the research results,the real-world research of“internal and external combined treatment“ for the treatment of hypopigmented diseases of the vulva Analyze and evaluate its efficacy and safety,and provide guidance and basis for the application of “internal and external combined treatment“ in clinical practice.Methods: In this study,observational real-world research was used to collect 216 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for hypopigmented diseases.All patients were treated with a comprehensive TCM clinical treatment scheme of “internal and external treatment“.Internal rule: Oral Yangxue Yufeng large particles or oral Yangxue Yufeng small particles,washed with hot water,once a pack,three times a day,continue to take during menstruation.External treatment method: Yangxueyufeng topical fumigation and washing,topical fumigation,once a day,once a pack.Chunjuan brand astragalus cream is evenly rubbed on the vulva lesions after fumigation and washing,and gently rub until the local skin is slightly red and hot.External treatment will not be used during the menstruationl.After 3 months of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points,the scope of vulvar skin lesions and the degree of depigmentation of vulvar skin were counted to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of“internal and external treatment”.Results:1.The incidence of hypopigmented diseases is related to the history of spicy food,vaginitis,and other diseases,and it is related to the patients‘ low menstrual volume.2.The “internal and external combined treatment method“ in the real-worldresearch on the treatment of vulvar hypopigmentation diseases have various safety indicators within the normal range.3.The "internal and external combined treatment method" has a positive correlation with the course of treatment in improving the itching symptoms of vulvar hypopigmentation disease,the degree of vulvar hypopigmentation,the scope of vulvar skin lesions,and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.4.“Internal and external combined treatment“ can effectively improve the symptoms of pruritus,the range and extent of vulvar hypopigmentation,and the scope of vulvar skin lesions,and significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of TCM in patients.Conclusion: “Internal and external combined treatment“ is effective and safe in the treatment of vulvar hypopigmentation disease,then the comprehensive method can be extensively used in clinical.
