Based On The Real World To Explore Professor Hu Yuying Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Parkinson’s Disease Law

Objective: Based on the principle of real world,through the website of Cloud Platform of ancient and modern medical records,this paper probes into the rule of using Chinese medicine to treat PD by Prof.Hu,and explores the effective diagnostic and therapeutic thinking and therapeutic characteristics of Professor Hu in treating PD by Chinese medicine,it is convenient to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,guide clinical prescription and help PD patients to relieve symptoms more effectively and delay the progress of the disease.Methods: This study collected the diagnosis and treatment information and TCM prescription of PD patients who were treated in the department of encephalopathy of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to April 2022,the high-frequency Chinese medicine and its four Qi,five tastes,Meridian Tropism and efficacy attributes were extracted through statistical analysis on the web https://www.yiankb.com/ of ancient and modern medical records cloud platform to understand the overall characteristics of medication;The association analysis,Cluster Analysis and complex network analysis were carried out to explore the core drug pairs,the rule of prescription and the core prescriptions,to explore and analyze the effective diagnostic and therapeutic thinking and therapeutic characteristics of Professor Hu in the treatment of PD with traditional Chinese medicine.Results: In this paper,820 pieces of medical records of PD treated with Chinese herbal medicine were included.After data mining and analysis,the main results were as follows:1.For the general situation,192 PD patients were included in this study,and the ratio of male and female was about 1.09:1,including 103 males,accounting for 53.65% and 89 females,or 46.35%;According to age distribution,163 PD patients aged 51-80 years,accounting for 84.90%,and15 PD patients,aged 30-50 years,accounting for 7.81%.Male patients have higher incidence than female patients,and middle-aged and elderly people are high-risk patients.2.According to the statistics of TCM syndrome types,there are six syndrome types,mainly liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome(245 times,29.88%)and Fengyang internal movement syndrome(233 times,28.11%),secondly,yin-yang deficiency syndrome,qi-blood deficiency syndrome,blood stasis moving wind syndrome,phlegm-heat moving wind syndrome.3.According to the statistics of the frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 175 herbs were used,with a total frequency of10884.According to the order of the frequency of use from high to low,there were a total of 32 herbs with a frequency ≥120,the total amount of drugs was18.28%(32/175),the first 15 were baked liquorice(626 times),Achyranthes bidentata(439 times),hemp kernel(350 times),aconite(344 times),Ginger(332 times),Oyster(316 times),Poria Cocos(306 times),Semen Ziziphi spinosae(286 times),Rehmannia glutinosa(280 times),Radix curcumae(268 times),Keel(258 times),Radix paeoniae Alba(246 times),Pinellia Ternate(229 times),Gastrodia elata(219 times)and radix codonopsis(207times).4.Through statistical analysis of the attributes of traditional Chinese medicine,it was found that the main characters of traditional Chinese medicine was ping(3811 times,35.01%)and Wen(2446 times,22.47%),followed by slight cold,slight temperature and cold,and the sweet flavor was the most frequent(6707 times,61.62%),after that,xin(3410 times,29.21%),KU(3179 times,14.79%),acid and salty were the next,the main channel of tropism were liver(4824 times),spleen(4236 times),kidney(4116 times),Heart(4824 times)and lung(4116 times)Statistics on the efficacy of drugs,a total of 327 kinds of efficacy,among them,strengthening muscle and bone,moistening intestine and relieving stool,tonifying liver and kidney,tonifying spleen and Qi,clearing away heat and toxic material,diuresis and Tonglin,calming and suppressing liver-yang,removing blood stasis and tonging,drawing blood downward and diuresis and dampness were the top ten,among them,tonifying the liver and kidney,strengthening bones and muscles,calming and suppressing liver-yang accounted for 18.62%,runchang laxative accounted for 7.24%,tonifying the spleen and replenishing qi accounted for5.75%,ranked fourth.5.Through the analysis of association rules of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine(set confidence ≥0.5,support ≥0.2,promotion > 1),four groups of core drug pairs were obtained,among which the support,confidence and promotion of keel-oyster were the highest,pinellia ternate-ginger,turmeric-ginger,Rehmannia glutinosa-achyranthes bidentata confidence and promotion ranking followed closely behind.6.By analyzing the complex network of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine,the core drug network composed of 10 nodes and 19 edges was obtained by setting the edge weight ≥1000 and confidence level 0.6,the network consists of Rehmannia glutinosa,Achyranthes bidentata,licorice,ginger,aconite,hemp seed,oyster,Poria,Curcuma,jujube seed 10 medicine composition.7.Cluster analysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine,taking distance ≥800 as a boundary,four types of high-frequency prescriptions were obtained: Group 1: Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,jujube,Pinellia Ternate,Bupleurum,codonopsis pilosula,polygonum multiflorum,Semen Ziziphi spinosae,trichosanthin;Group 2: Magnolia officinalis,hemp seed,ginger,ginseng,cassia twig,Paeonia lactiflora,liquorice,Angelica sinensis,mulberry parasitic,Curcuma;group 3: Cornus officinalis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Poria Cocos,Gastrodia elata;Group 4: Aconite,Achyranthes bidentata,cortex phellodendri,anemarrhena,tortoise shell,amomum villosum,Keel,oyster.Conclusion: In this study,the web page of medical record cloud platform was used to mine the medical record information of Professor Hu’s treatment of PD,and the results were analyzed,in this paper,we summarized and discussed professor Hu’s rule of medication and his experience in treating PD,and got the following conclusions:1.Professor Hu treated PD mainly from six syndromes: yin deficiency of liver and kidney,internal movement of wind and Yang,yin and yang deficiency,deficiency of qi and blood,blood stasis and wind movement,phlegm-heat and wind movement,deficiency of the liver and kidney is the key to the pathogenesis,while deficiency of the spleen is the origin of the pathogenesis,with the liver wind,blood stasis and phlegm as the target.2.Commonly used Chinese medicine flavor to flat,temperature,and sweet,xin,focusing on temperature fill less fire,and the disease patients for elderly patients,the body Yang decay less,and long disease Yang,fu Yang thought occupies an important position in the treatment of PD,help the Yang,the temperature less fire is the potential treatment for PD;mainly to liver,spleen,kidney,followed by heart,lung,professor hu from liver,spleen,kidney for PD,emphasis on successively days,both five dirty,appropriate tonifying kidney,spleen qi,harmonic Yin and Yang.In addition,constipation,anxiety and depression are common non-motor symptoms of PD.Professor Hu believes that specimens should be given consideration to specimens,moisten the bowel,relieve the liver to relieve depression,and calm the mind are important auxiliary therapies.3.Professor Hu’s commonly used drugs are fried licorice,oxenu,hemp kernel,aconite,cooked rehmannia,Yujin,white peony root,keel,oyster,etc.Clinically,they are mostly used on the basis of bupleurum plus keel oyster soup,Liuwei Dihuang pill,peony licorice soup,houpu ginger,pinellia,ginseng soup,and Qianyang.
