Chen Yuqing’s Stomach Massage Therapy For Hepatic Gastrointestinal Gastricgia

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chen Yuqing’s gastropathy and tuina therapy in the treatment of hepatic gastroenteric gastric fistula through a systematic clinical study.To investigate the mechanism of Chen Yuqing’s gastropathy and tuina therapy in treating hepatic gastroenteric gastricgia,and to enrich the stomach cramps.Painful Clinical Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:According to the results of the pre-experiment,60 cases of hepatogastric guilty stomachache patients were selected according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.According to the random number table,they were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group(test group)used Chen Yuqing treated with stomach massage,while the control group used conventional massage.The two groups of treatment time are two courses of treatment,one treatment per day,7 days for each treatment course,one day after the first course of treatment,and the next course of treatment.Comparing the main symptoms of liver guilty stomach-type epigastric pain at the beginning of the trial and at the end of the trial,quantitative grades of secondary syndromes,visual analogue pain scores of VAS,statistical analysis of test data,and evaluation of curative effect.Result:1.Comparison of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in both groups:Comparison of TCM symptom scores before treatment between the treatment group and the control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05);compared with before the trial,after the end of both courses The total scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were significantly lower(P<0.05);the total scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group decreased significantly after two courses of treatment(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the total effect of the disease: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.55%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 93.10%;In the treatment group,30 cases were clinically cured in 15 cases,markedly effective in 11 cases,effective in 2 cases,invalid in 1 case,and shedding 1 In the control group,0 cases were clinically cured,7 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and 1 case was detached.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.Safety evaluation: There were no adverse events in both groups.The vital signs werenormal before and after treatmentroutine.4.After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in gender,age,disease duration,and disease severity between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance,indicating that the data of the two groups were comparable;The main symptoms of epigastric pain,grading scales of secondary symptoms,and VAS scores were statistically significant(P<0.05)and comparable.In conclusion:1.The total scores of TCM symptoms after treatment in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,indicating that both treatment methods can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hepatogastric guilty stomach-type epigastric pain.After two courses of treatment,the two groups were compared to each other.The main symptoms of epigastric pain,grading scales for secondary symptoms,and VAS scores were more significant in the treatment group than in the control group,suggesting that Chen Yuqing’s gastric therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of hepatic gastroenteric gastric pain patients.2.Chen Yuqing’s stomach massage therapy is a safe and comfortable treatment for liver guilty stomach-type stomach cramps.It can significantly improve the patient’s quality of life,and it is easy to operate.Compared with traditional methods,it is easy to operate,the curative effect is more accurate,and it is easy for clinical promotion.
