| Objective:This topic is composed of two interrelated contents: by combing the representative works and literature of Sun Zhongsan’s pediatric massage genre,summarize the academic characteristics of spleen and stomach diseases of the genre;take this genre to treat vomiting due to spleen and stomach deficiency cold as an example,and carry out clinical curative effect observation in order to prove the validity of the genre’s formulating ideas and clinical experience.Methods:(1)By using philology and statistics,analyze and count up content regarding diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,manipulation,acupoints and prescriptions related to spleen and stomach diseases recorded in Sun Zhongsan’s representative works of pediatric massage therapy,including "Compendium of Pediatric Massage Therapy","Popular Massage Manual","Sun Zhongsan Pediatric Massage","Sun Zhongsan Pediatric Massage Essence" and clinical experience literature of the genre,then summarize the academical thought,clinical diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.(2)Randomly assigned 64 children who met the criteria for spleenstomach-deficient-cold-vomiting into two group,which are the treatment group(Sun Zhongsan’s genre massage group),and the control group(conventional massage group).Each group consists of 32 cases.Statistical analysis was performed on the data obtained with SPSS26.0statistical software,then compare the overall curative effect,symptom and sign score,and recurrence rate of two groups after 4 courses of treatment.Results:(1)Academic characteristics of spleen and stomach disease of Sun Zhongsan’s pediatric massage genre: as for the academent thoughts,follow the principle of spleen and stomach irrigation and protect the spleen and stomach;keep in mind the theory that children’s viscera are delicate and the spleen is often insufficient;advocate the balance of yin and yang,and the five-element method of treatment.In terms of the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment,four diagnostic method is important,emphasizing on inspection,smell and auscultation,with accurate syndrome differentiation.Proximal and distal selection of acupoints is flexible and comprehensive.The prescriptions are large and rigorous,and the levels are clear.Manipulations are well-founded,with repeated tests and trials.Treatments of other Zang Fu disease are based on Spleen and Stomach.Prevent diseases through regulation of acquired essence.(2)Sun Zhongsan’s genre massage group and conventional massage group achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of vomiting due to deficiency cold(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group reached 93.55%,while control group was 86.67%;the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the number of vomiting,mental state,complexion,and appetite(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 19.35%,which was significantly lower than the control group 46.67%.(P<0.05).Conclusion: Sun Zhongsan’s theory of pediatric massage on spleen and stomach diseases has distinctive academic characteristics with high treatment efficacy.It has enriched the treatment of external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine in pediatric spleen and stomach diseases.Its clinical experience shall undergo further exploration and promotion. |
