Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Sangxing Qingjin Formula In Treating Acquired Pneumonia(Phlegm Heat Obstructive Pulmonary Syndrome)

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Sangxing Qingjin Formula combined with western medicine in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)patients,and to explore its inflammatory mechanism.Methods From April 2018 to December 2018,64 patients who met the criteria of admission and exclusion were screened in the non-critical CAP patients admitted to the department of pulmonary disease of Henan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine by a randomized control method.The control group was given CAP western medicine routine treatment,and the treatment group was added with Sangxing Qingjin Formula on the basis of the control group.The period of treatment is10 days.this study take the shadow absorption of chest X-ray lesions and the average length of hospital stay main efficacy indicators,With TCM symptoms,physical signs,pre-treatment,treatment 3 d,treatment 10 d white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage(N%),C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin level changes(PCT)as secondary indicators.Observe and record tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10)level before and after treatment.Then observe changes in those indicators,organize data,and analyze statistically.Results1 Main efficacy index1.1 Chest X-ray image performanceCompared with the control group,the effective rate of chest X-ray absorption in the treatment group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).1.2 The number of days in hospitalThe number of hospital stays in the treatment group(11.43±1.27)d was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.09±1.89)d(P<0.05).2 Secondary efficacy index2.1 The main symptoms and signs of Chinese medicineCompared with before treatment,the scores of cough,cough,fever,chest pain and voice were decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had cough,cough and fever after treatment.The decrease in voice score was more significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in chest pain score(P>0.05).2.2 Serum inflammation indexCompared with before treatment,the levels of WBC,N%,CRP and PCT in serum of the two groups decreased after 3 days and 10 days of treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the index level of the treatment group decreased more significantly after treatment(P<0.05).3 Clinical efficacyThe total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group,but 73.33%in the control group.The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).4 Cytokine levelCompared with before treatment,the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the treatment group and the control group decreased,and the IL-10 in the treatment group increased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the TNF-α and IL-6 decreased significantly in the treatment group,and IL-10 increased significantly(P<0.05).5 Safety indicatorsCompared with before treatment,there was no significant difference in stool routine,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the index level of the treatment group was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion1 Sangxing Qingjin Formula combined with Western medicine can improve clinical efficiency,promote chest X-ray lesion absorption,shorten hospitalization time,reduce TCM symptoms,physical signs,inflammation indicators WBC,N%,CRP,PCT levels,and promote the reduction of inflammatory response.Has a good clinical effect.2 Sangxing Qingjin Formula has a good clinical effect,showing cytokine TNF-α,IL-6 level decreased,IL-10 level increased,which promotes the balance between proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory,and is related to cellular immune mechanism.
