| The purpose of this study is to invesitigate the content distribution of major elements including calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),sodium(Na),potassium(P),magnesium(Mg),trace elements including iron(Fe),manganese(Mg),zinc(Zn),copper(Cu),selenium(Se),and heavy metals including chromium(Cr),arsenic(As),cadmium(Cd),lead(Pb)in the main feed ingredients of livestock and poultry in Hebei Province.Due to the complicated topography and large differences in climatic conditions in various regions of Hebei Province,the distribution of elements in different regions varies largely.Imbalance utilization of elements is likely to cause animal nutritional diseases and heavy metal pollution.Therefore,the rational use of mineral elements in various regions is very important.According to the distribution of livestock and poultry resources in Hebei Province,feed ingredient samples were collected and digested with high-throughput sealed microwave digestion system.Fourteen elements in the samples were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer.The results showed that(1)compared with the contents of macro-element of feed ingredients in China feed ingredients and nutritional value table,eleven kinds of feed ingredients had similar(P > 0.05),six kinds of feed ingredients had lower(P < 0.05)and six kinds of feed ingredients had higher Ca content;Seven kinds of feed ingredients had simlar(P >0.05),six kinds of feed ingredients had lower(P < 0.05)and six kinds of feed ingredients had higher K content;Four kinds of feed ingredients had similar(P >0.05),two kinds of feed ingredients had lower(P < 0.05),and nine kinds of feed ingredients had higher Mg content;Thirteen kinds of feed ingredients had lower(P <0.05)Na content except for those in corn gluten meal and stone mael;Six kinds of feed ingredients had similar(P > 0.05),two kinds of feed ingredients had lower(P <0.05),and fourteen kinds of feed ingredients had higher(P < 0.05)P content.(2)Compared with the contents of micro-element of feed ingredients in China feed ingredients and nutritional value table,three kinds of feed ingredients had similar(P > 0.05),eleven kinds of vegetable feed ingredients had lower(P < 0.05),and fishmeal had higher(P < 0.05)Cu content;Six kinds of feed ingredients had similar(P >0.05),four kinds of feed ingredients had higher(P < 0.05),six kinds of feed ingredients had lower(P < 0.05)Fe content;Six kinds of feed ingredients had similar(P > 0.05),seven kinds of feed ingredients had higher(P < 0.05),and three kinds of feed ingredients had lower(P < 0.05)Mn content;Eleven kinds of feed ingredients had similar(P > 0.05),three kinds of feed ingredients had higher(P < 0.05),five kinds of feed ingredients had lower(P < 0.05)Zn content;Six kinds of feed ingredients had similar(P > 0.05),five kinds of feed ingredients had higher(P <0.05),four kinds of feed ingredients had lower(P < 0.05)Se content.(3)Compared with the content limits of feed ingredients,the excess rate of Cr in rice,rice bran,corn gluten meal,peanut meal,all forage straws,fish meal and dicalcium phosphate reached 100.0% except for wheat bran and rapeseed meal.The As contents in rice bran,fish meal,stone meal exceeded the limit standard.The Cd contents in calcium hydrogen phosphate,peanut meal exceeded the limit standard.The Pb contents in grains,rice bran,wheat bran,corn DDGS,sprayed corn hulls,extruded soybeans and cottonseed meal exceeded the limit standard.These results provide basis for the diet formulation of livestock and poultry. |
