Long-term Care Services For Disabled Elderly Under The Combination Of Medical Care And Nursing

With the deepening of the aging population and the progress of medical technology in China,the spectrum of major diseases has changed dramatically.The prevalence of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases and malignant tumors has increased.The incidence of disabilities and obstacles related to the aging population has increased.The elderly population will face the difficulty of being unable to take care of themselves in their personal lives,which will lead to disability in China.The human base is huge and the proportion is rising.The disabled elderly need not only daily care services,but also medical care services for rehabilitation treatment of diseases and maintenance of basic physiological functions.In such a social context,the care needs of the disabled elderly have changed,and the long-term care service combined with medical care has become an inevitable trend of development.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance for China to deeply study the related issues of long-term care services for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and nursing.The purpose of this paper is to probe into the long-term care service for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and nursing.Based on the current situation and needs of the practice of long-term care service for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and nursing in Shanghai,and combining the advanced experience of long-term care service for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and nursing at home and abroad,the author explores the long-term care service for disabled elderly under the current social background of the combination of medical care and nursing.Care services.The research is carried out from four main parts: the development of long-term care services for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care in China,the experience of long-term care services for disabled elderly underthe combination of medical care abroad,the design of long-term care service operation framework for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and nursing,and the empirical analysis of long-term care services for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and nursing.Firstly,it reveals China’s long-term care services for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and nursing.At present,the development status of long-term care services for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and maintenance is analyzed.The problems in the development process of long-term care for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and maintenance are understood.The long-term care services of different combination of medical care and maintenance are compared and analyzed.Secondly,based on the practical experience of long-term care service for disabled elderly in Shanghai,the long-term care service for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and maintenance is regarded as a systematic project which includes many factors such as service providers,service demanders,service contents and service forms.On this basis,the operation of long-term care service for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and maintenance is preliminarily constructed.Finally,the paper evaluates the long-term care services for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and nursing,and summarizes the factors affecting the long-term care services for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and nursing,based on the research of relevant literature at home and abroad,combined with the status quo of the service in the investigation area,and summarizes the level of medical care from the aspects of government factors,service subject factors,technical factors and supervision and management factors.The six dimensions of service subject are professional quality standard,communication and coordination mechanism,supervision and evaluation system,nursing service policy of medical-nursing combination and long-term nursing insurance system.The service evaluation index is constructed from these six dimensions.The service provider and service recipient’s feelings are taken into account when setting the index.Combined with structural equation,the implementation effect of long-term care service for disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and maintenance was analyzed.According to the results of the study,it is concluded that the level of medical care,professional quality standards,communication and coordination mechanism,supervision and management system,as well as the related nursing service policies and long-term care insurance system have significant positive effects on the long-term careservices of disabled elderly under the combination of medical care and maintenance.Based on this,some suggestions are put forward,such as building a long-term care service cooperation platform,improving the quality of long-term care service,establishing corresponding policies and regulations to provide institutional guarantee,and establishing a strict performance evaluation system.
